Tinubu should take a closer look at this petition; Dangote's success can be a model for others if managed well. We need to ensure a level playing field in the industry for the growth of our economy. 33 Likes 2 Shares |

"DAPPMAN stressed that possible monopoly by Dangote Refinery would jeopardize all its members’ investments. It urged the President to intervene and ensure the sustenance of deregulation and free market policies intended by the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) 2021." What's is free market policies Una don hold the Nation to ransome for so many years....Nigeria is about to be free indeed and Una dey run up and down. Why not join forces and build your own refineries Nothing is stopping anyone ..and that is free market 33 Likes 2 Shares |

Arostar2023:Absolutely true But I believe it should be made an all level playing field with competition, Dangote should not just be a sole distributor or whatever, weilding such power will be detrimental to masses over time, not making excuses for those useless marketers and their evil people in government though. 3 Likes |

You don't produce any oil product and all you do is import to defraud Nigerians, but Dangote is your problem because instead of joining your fuel import cabal scheme, he risked his wealth to build the largest single refinery in the world. Instead of shouting monopoly, why not go and build your own refinery instead of importing and draining our FX, at least, the government gave you all refinery licenses. 32 Likes 1 Share |

You people should adapt or change line of business . I don’t see a monopolistic tendency here except they can provide us proof that Dangote has been sabotaging FG’s refinery efforts in PH, Warri, KD, etc 26 Likes 1 Share |

I trust Tinubu to handle this matter with the wisdom of a seasoned leader. We need strong players in our economy, but fairness must also be the name of the game. Let's see how this unfolds; I'm optimistic he will prioritize the people's interest above all else. 20 Likes |

They are wrong corrupt and greedy. Do you know how many companies have licenses to produce or import cement in Nigeria or those that import and produce sugar in Nigeria? Many. Simple economics will usually tell you that a product or company usually controls the market price of almost all commercial products like Coca cola controls the frizzy drinks market, at a point in Nigeria Omo and Bournvita where controlling the detergent and beverage market even crude oil price is controlled by Saudi Arabia, market prices are usually controlled by one with the best quality or highest quantity which is how Dangote controls cement prices in Nigeria. They should stop fighting the man because if not for corruption the man shouldn't have built his refinery in the first place as we already have 3 big national refineries that instead of exporting fuel and raking in much needed foreign currency the are gulping billions in salaries and maintainable while producing nothing. Dangote is not our problem corruption is skywalker240: 3 Likes 1 Share |

These are the oil cabals. They killed all the local refineries and frustrated its revivals while ensuring they continue to import fuel at exorbitant prices to the detriment of Nigerians. Same cabals hell bent on frustrating Dangote refineries using all sorts of methods. 6 Likes 1 Share |
