https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=agQLVYiwUAE Kayode Egbetokun, the inspector-general of police (IGP), says a police officer was murdered on Thursday during the #EndBadGovernance nationwide protests. SOURCE There were unprovoked attacks on policemen & other security agents...my advice is that they (protesters) should not bother to continue with this (protest). - Inspector General of Police (IGP), Kayode Egbetokun 9 Likes 5 Shares

The protest will continue untill the president accede to our demands and reverse all his bad policies affecting the Nigerian people, I sympathize with the family of police officer that was killed today, I also condemn and sympathize with the families of all the protesters that died today. The police, army and other security agencies should know that this protest will benefit them and their families too, so they should not kill protesters that are demanding for good governance. 461 Likes 44 Shares |

Padi-Padi IG. IG openly lied about the killing of a policeman only for the said policeman to be found alive. 269 Likes 27 Shares |

Meaning any gathering of 20 people from tomorrow, dispersed or picked. We knew the protest would be hijacked by miscreants but the election losers are not just interested to see things from different perspective. Was the protest about killing and looting? Pissful protest in North today actually 113 Likes 13 Shares

fergie001:They say Nigeria is on fire and accuse me of 'not showing concern'. I am confused. The last time I had enough money to buy kerosene was about eight months ago. As for that one called petrol, I no longer know how it looks like. The last pack of matches in my kitchen finished two months ago. I now use the sun to heat my water for bathing. So, how am I supposed to know what burning means, these days? Please help a brother to understand. 27 Likes 5 Shares

2 organic protests in 9 years shows that APC is not fit to lead this country They have mismanaged our economy, destroyed the strength in our diversity and turned south against North and East against west. It is time APC is kicked out of the centre forever!! I thought this IG said there's a lion inside him to fight criminality. How come he can't protect protesters from criminals 143 Likes 12 Shares |

This is actually a 'reactionary' statement. Being proactive is preventing what transpired today and that is TINUBUs fault. So stop using English words foolishly.. Awolowo free education sef...na wa.. Ikaeniyan0: 80 Likes 9 Shares |

Dem don call am sharply. That is why he is issuing this 'reactionary' statement. The people in power no expect say the protest will be like this... Now, they are hounding the security chieftains to act, while hiding behind executive orders. The North got the traction they needed..and that is why TINUBU and his Minions are afraid The mistake they are making is that the TINUBU administration can NEVER be reelected in 2027, even if TINUBU himself is INEC Chairman. Yoruba don cast PATA PATA. The remaining days will expose alot..as I have been saying ..just BUY POPCORN and BIG DIET COKE. The series remains 9days.. SeeWahala: 62 Likes 7 Shares |

The use of brute force in coercing people into submission especially in the face of bad governance have never work or succeeded in the history of humanity. So IGP be careful not to light up a fuse. There is so much aggression across this nation. 69 Likes 7 Shares |

Kalashnikov49: Tinubu will be reelected. All he needs do is put food in their mouth. That is all. Very simple. Food and that is all. . When Tinubu starts sharing the goodies to those who laboured for it, you people as usual will come out and start crying your heart's out " WE ARE BEING MARGINALIZED " . You are fond of always wanting to reap from where you didn't so. 92 Likes 7 Shares |

You summerized the events and what they exposed about these people totally. Everyone is taking NOTES and for Atiku to highlight that tweet from that @lagospedia mizcreant with ostrich neck, goes to show that social media helped expose these illiterate sods totally. They talk anyhow and have NO HONOUR. SeeWahala: 16 Likes 1 Share |
