Speedaf refused to call when package arrived. The dispatch guy lied he call my phone number that it was switched off but the never called. Now I was told the package has been returned to their head office. I want to know if they will be sending it back to China or I can go pick it up at their head office.
Call them. They'll send Retrieval request to the DC which may take about 7 work days but it'll be returned to you. Sha don't expect tracking of the return. I know this cuz I did for a client in Kano last month. His own even got to their international warehouse before retrieval was requested and got delivered.

You can apply for it on the ByBit Crypto app if you're at least vip 1.. no fees and cashbacks on every usage
To use the card u just need to deposit usdt or usdc on your ByBit and purchases will be made from them..

The journey has not even started. It's when the plane leaves transit country that the parcel begins it's journey home

I have the same problem. I came online to post my complaint when I saw this. I noticed that this only happens when I try the 3 for 1 offer, or the choice offer, or any offer that has to do with discounts or free shipping.

The times I tried ordering with shipping fees added, they went thru. I ordered five items successfully and three have arrived, though I had to order them individually with shipping fees added to each.

What could be the reason? Why can't I make use of the 3 for 1 offer or choice offer?

When you are satisfied Ali will now give the seller the money.
So if you open a dispute
Follow it up
Ali might require somethings from you and they might not

Refund takes 3 to 7 working days

I have been calling their numbers none is going through. I messaged them on x no response too. I don tire with this speedaf wahala . Please where's their head office located? Anyone who knows where their head office is at in Lagos kindly drop it. Thanks
