Please what will be my faith

My uncle only paid my FIRST SEMESTER TUITION of 9,500 cad, and put 15000 USD equivalent to 20,635 cad in my USD Domicilary account in Nigeria.

Will the visa be approved, my uncle has refused to complete my one year fee to make my application tighter considering the visa approval cap. No landed property too

What are you thoughts

Hi guys, my application has been rejected due to the following reasons:

1)Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel
for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).

2) Documents provided by the applicant are of poor quality and difficult to read, obscuring
the nature of their purpose and how they support the applicant.

Please can anyone tell me what I need to correct to appeal?

NOTE: I used 2 sponsored accounts, one is visible but the second one is not clear after reducing it to 4MB but the Agent insisted I shouldn't worry that they will confirm the account even if it's blur
I warned the agent now see the outcome 😕
please, when was your application submitted?

Okay thank you I understand.

In addition to what Markman said, VFS accept submission between 9am and 12 noon, so check on their website.

No one can tell you with certainty what will be your fate. What IRCC looks at for is the provenance of the funds, how were does funds raised to fund your education. "That is the Koko" In this instance, they will looking for how your uncle sourced the funds to move them to you.

Sincerely, your agent did not do well, if a document is blurred, how can they review it? Due to the fact that your document was blurry, the VO did not bother to even review your application on its own merits.
You need to submit legible docs that can be reviewed. Or did the agent submit fake docs and blurred it to obscure its legibility?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by victorygiven: 8:37pm On Aug 02
Pls what can I do to correct his mistakes if I want to appeal?
Do IRCC verify bank statements from bank?
He uploaded two, one is 35 Million for a 2 year course, I think that should cover even if I didn't add the second which was blur after reducing the size to 4MB
I'm thinking maybe he uploaded some documents which was blur like SOP because on the letter they said ''Documents provided by the applicant are of poor quality and difficult to read, obscuring
the nature of their purpose and how they support the applicant" I think they referring to the Statement of Purpose here , am I right?

Has anyone applied for iTRANSCRIPT from UNN to WES using the portal? How long did it take them to send to WES?

Hi Everyone,

I applied for study permit and VV for spouse and children.

My Study permit is approved, family VV’s are still pending.

Please has anyone faced this scenario. I know it might take a while, I just want to know how long it takes based on others’ experience.

Thank you in advance.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by bullstriker: 4:11am On Aug 03
Demonstrate how you will pay for the remaining semester by submitting a sponsor bank statement, employment letter and letter of sponsorship/affidavit of sponsorship. Also, proof of connection to the sponsor and evidence of prior support is equally important.

You can order a GCMS note to find out the exact reason, but 35M is insufficient for a 2-year program unless you have paid part of your tuition fee and have a sponsor.
If you have sufficient funds in the second account, your bank statement may have been unreadable, or there were unexplainable lump sums for the VO to refuse your application. A detailed review of the account’s cash flow could reveal the VO's concerns. For instance, a VO can refuse an application for insufficient funds, even if the balance is enough to cover the cost of education for 1yr if;
1. there is a large deposit with no reasonable explanation, and the account's history is inconsistent with such a deposit.
2. The account was opened recently
3. It is a corporate account with poor cash flow.
4. Unconvincing source of the income
This list is not exhaustive. Review the bank statement for the above and see how to address them.

Guys please I'm in a confused state right now...
I have 24m naira to migrate to either Canada or Australia.
If I migrate to Australia successfully, I will be left with just 2k AUD to start life with. However, if I successfully move to Canada I will be left with about 10kCAD to start life with.
The problem is canada has very low job opportunities so I might even finish what I came there with before getting a parttime job that will help me pay my subsequent tuition fees, even if from my research parttime wages in canada can't really meet up tuition fees.
Meanwhile there are more prospects that I will get a job early within a month or two in Australia, and the parttime salary in Australia is quite high enough to pay my subsequent tuition fees, but the issue is can 2k AUD sustain me till I get a job?

So I'm just confused on the country to start investing money for travel process.

What’s the confusion there…you’ve a sure job in Australia and you’re still comparing… you already have the answers.

If you meant 24m to migrate on a study visa to Australia and Canada, sorry to say, this money isn't enough to take you to both countries. Also Australia's study visa rejection rate is higher than that of Canada due to their government restrictions on study visa. There has been 53% drop in study visa approvals compared to this same time last year.

Hi guys, if you login to your portal and click the view submitted documents section , are you going to see all the documents submitted? Is it possible to download the documents?
I'm asking this question because I collected my login from my agent today and I saw all documents he submitted but couldn't find like bank statements or SOP 😕

For my visa re-application , when addressing my previous refusal am I meant to make adjustments in my old SOP…..OR… should I leave the old SOP the way it is but include a separate LOE addressing my previous refusal?

If I decide to reapply but my resumption date is August 28, do I need to write my school that I can't meet up or I should just ignore them and continue with the process? Please advice me

Of course yes, you must notify them about the reason why you can't make it for this academy session. Registration are to be completed before classes even start, if you can't make it. Please write to them at least 7 days before the resumption date explaining to them why and wanting a deferment to January 2025.
