It is difficult to be convinced that she wasn't aware of the arrangement if there was one.
The Success Academy in Ejigbo that I know is just a business centres. My kid sister worked there while she was waiting for admission into Nigerian university.
The said agent could also be a subterfuge and the academy mentioned to have a richer story.

Why would they take you serious when they can pay you to protest against those who are out to protest against hunger and their bad governance?
Why would they take you serious when they know that the documents you used to get your admission into school or secure your visa were mostly forged?

She did not attend the school that was on the admission letter. She applied to another school inside Canada, gained admission, and continued her studies with the existing student visa.

The law is usually slow abroad but it eventually catches up. They could not detect at time of visa application that the admission letter was fake but gave her the visa on balance of probabilities while the background checks continued.

The agent knew what they did. They used the Winnipeg admission for visa application. I.e. Ease of application and increase the chance of the client obtaining a visa. The chances of her getting admission for a diploma course in Canada is slim, especially after she had already completed a degree (higher qualification) in Nigeria.

The era of using fake travel documents as Nigerians to travel was in the 80s and 90s and a little in the millennium.
Now, even fake Nigerian passport is impossible.

1. How do you look for another school because the agent says you have to be on a waitlist, no communication between her and the school?

2. Why didn't she confirm from the school the possibility of getting a refund? So she forfeited the school fees like that.

Na so omoola tours travel agency for Ibadan carry my money go. Please don't trust these agents in anyway. If you can run it yourself, it's better. Most agents are just about their pockets.

She went to a different school on arrival, so she never attended the school with fake acceptance letter, she only used it for visa

Read the story. She came to the country with a different school which had the fake letter. She later got another school and got her degree from the new school. The issue now is the one that gave her the entry visa was based on a fake letter from a fraudulent agent.

The school probably knew. They wanted them to spend their money on schooling.

Some schools in Nigeria do it. They detect students while those students are in 100 level but they rusticate them in their final year.

Most of this Miscreants calling for Igbos must go na people when don sell the house when dey bury their Papa inside take do Owambe.
