SE and Northerners formed the first political alliance and it was successful till a jealous party used propaganda and gaslighting to destroy that relationship. 3. Several times in Nigeria's history, when it comes to national politics, the Igbo has always been gaslighted and manipulated primarily by another major ethnic group in Nigeria.

4. Every major political event in Nigeria, from all the coups to all the protests to all the elections, the Igbos are always being manipulated and gaslighted to take advantage of their nature.

5. It is time that the Igbos realise this and start rebuilding their image and relationships with northern Nigeria.

6. The Igbos must collectively counter every propaganda, brainwashing and gaslighting attempts to put them in bad light, especially in the media.

7. For example, no Igbo should be on social media mocking northerners for voting the failure Tinubu or doing anything to create disharmony between Igbos and northerners. If you are an Igbo and you see such posts from someone who is or MAY BE PRETENDING to be Igbo, denounce that post and report it.

8. I have seen such posts and after careful investigation I have found out that many of such social media posts are created by people from a certain region hiding under Igbo names just to create disharmony between Igbos and northerners.

9. Such tactics is what they have been using to always put Igbos in bad light since 1914 and it's time Igbos realise this and start countering their propaganda.

10. I'm an independent fourth party who has been watching the happenings in Nigeria for a long time. I have enough information based on facts to tell you that everything I have stated here will yield positive results for Igbos and all Nigerians.

Is the statement accurate in the context it was made and in the context of major political events that has transpired in Nigeria?

1. What was the remote cause of Nigeria's first coup?

2. Who instigated the coup?

3. Who carried out the coup?

4. Who were the victims of the coup?

5. Who was and has been blamed for the coup?

Remove the first coup from those five questions and replace it with major political problems that has taken place in Nigeria.

1. You'll find that a certain tribe 1 uses propaganda and media connections to get everyone fired up.

2. The tribe 2 that is fired up will take action to fix the issue. The tribe 1 that instigated the problem will often not take part in taking any action or they will take very very little part.

3. If the action taken by the tribe 2 that is fired up happens to offend another tribe, 3, and the rest of the country, tribe 1 will deploy the same propaganda machinery to heap all the blame on tribe 2.

4. Instead of tribe 2 to counter the propaganda, they either justify their actions or try to make it seem tribe 3 and everyone else is stupid for not taking sides with their actions to fix the issue.

Again and again this has been happening.

LandMann, pay attention to the vitriol thrown around by this jagaban, and earlier on, he/she even mentioned he is not Yoruba. Now try and reconcile that his earlier statement, with the message I have just copied from him.
That is typical Yoruba gaslighting sponsored by Tinubu's camp.
The gaslighting has really been against the north, because it is this same line that the north had believed all this while. The Yorubas are the chief gaslighters of Nigeria and the funny thing is that once this current hunger is defeated, northerners will get back into listening to Yoruba gaslighting moves.

I hope you can now see why Igbos seem a little reluctant to join any protest, because we usually know how it will end. Northerners and westerners will gang up to victimise the Igbos, due to gaslighting from Yorubas. That is how it has always been.
