I don't understand the rational use to distribute this money but the only thing I can see here is that , the 3 States in the south combined together is not up to the lease State in North (Federal University Dutsinma, Katsina State N304,961,800)

What indices and criteria did they used in selecting the schools and amount allotted? What happens to the schools in the SE?
How can a school get #800m and one is merely seeing #24m?
Borno state has been plagued by insecurity, how come their school was able to get up to #500m?

These and many more are the things that makes one to take solace in the tribe, cos the state has failed

But what are the Modalities,as regards:
- the Amount e .g .is it once - per a Year or for a duration of the Students Programme?
Is there a Limit on the Amount to Collect?
- Are there Age Limit etc.
