Good morning Nairaland.

I'm a young man (27) I've always had this problem of being very weak. I get easily tired when I perform any task.. I've never really felt strong like every young man do.

The only time I feel strong is after I hit the gym. A few days later, I go back to my low energy state.

Is there a way I can naturally increase my energy and vitality?

I feel very weak most of the time and my back is the weakest part of my body. Are there exercises that I can do to strengthen my back and also my spine?

All inputs will be appreciated. Thank you.

This is the SOLUTION right here.

If you are NOT sick, there is NO excuse not to hit the gym at least 4 times per week. Bodyweight exercises like pushups and squats is a VIABLE alternative for busy folks.

Look up 5x5 Workout and follow the program. It contains compound exercises like deadlifts and squats that would strengthen your back in no time.

✓Continue the Gym, ....Gym, Gym, Gym.

✓Walk to some places instead of ride.

✓Watch what you eat....
Don't eat junks....eat neat, you're what you eat.

✓Intermittent fasting ....last food for the day should be 6/7pm.... first food should be 11am.

✓Serious lifestyle adjustments.

✓Many more.

you know the solution...keep hitting the gym....gym should be a regular part of your life.....do strenght training...back training...squats...bench....etc
