When the real Lagosians rejected him, they were tagged Omo Ale Yoruba, as if Eguns and Aworis are from Oyo.

Laughable! Olofin Ogunfunminire is the progenitor of Awori people. He was a renowned Prince from Ile Ife. The Olofin in his name is actually his great grandfather's name. And guess who is Olofin ? Oduduwa - Olofin Adimula of Ife!

As for the Egun people,if they now address themselves or see themselves as part of Yoruba people now,who are you,Chukwudi, to say otherwise? You these people from the land of primitive forest-dwelling ancestors won't stop amusing us,walahi!

Farooq is just projecting his fears. Tinubu is a leader with a vision, and his tough love approach is necessary for real change. People need to adapt, not whine. Let’s trust the process and support our president in making the hard decisions for a better Nigeria.

You can only deceive idiots.

Farooq Kperogi's perspective is quite extreme. Tinubu is simply navigating a complex political landscape. Every leader faces criticism, but we must recognize the efforts being made to stabilize Nigeria. Let’s give him a chance to implement his vision for the country.

Tell us another lie.. we are used to this one. Destructive people and government

Kperogi should understand that petrol is still being subsidized in Nigeria today, maybe he meant petrol price should return to pre May 29, 2023 rate of 167 naira. And if we are to return to this rate, where's the resources to pay for the subsidy. Everyone believes it's just to sit down and apply a theory on governance till they now get the throne and find out that it's easier said than done.

You are not being realistic. It actually takes who’s facing reality to be realistic. You are supporting failure.

Tinubu and his cabinet officials are living in opulence at the expense of the people and you are saying what you said.

If they were cutting cost, living circumspectly, would there be public outcry when he said Nigerians should patiently sacrifice?

Let’s not be biased. Let’s be real

Chukwudi, you just don't know what you're saying! I won't even debate this any further with you, kiddo! How on earth could anyone have referred to Oduduwa as Yoruba when he wasn't even originally from any part of Africa? He was a Middle Eastern man, from a location somewhere around today's Egypt/Israel. He wasn't speaking any indigenous African language when he arrived with his entourage at Ile Ife; his language was that of the ancient people (original black people) of Egypt. He described where he came from to the people he met in Ife, and his language, writings, culture, and all of that matched perfectly with those of the ancient inhabitants of today's Middle East. All the evidence is in Ile-Ife; a trip there will help in your education.

Anyway, for your education: Ife and Oyo are one and the same. Oyo is from Ife, as a matter of fact. Oranmiyan is the founder of Oyo, the first Alaafin of Oyo. Now, ask yourself: who is the father of Oranmiyan? Instead of seeking knowledge before you open your putrid mouth, you're here displaying your ignorance for all to see!

Is there anything wrong with you?
Are you living in Nigeria?

Do you know that this man awards 15 trillion naira contract recently to the company where his son Seyi has interest?
Do you know that Oando has forcefully acquired all the shares of AGIP oil 100% recently? Who owns Oando?

Do you know that AGIP is the one involved in exploration and exploitation of crude oil with NNPC right from when Nigeria started the oil business?
So you are saying we should give him time to own Nigeria the way he owned Lagos?

Who told you subsidy is not sustainable. How much do we really need to sustain subsidies if there is probity.
How many planes has Aso rock but Emilokan wants to acquire new one when the citizens cannot breathe.
Do you know how much was used to renovate vice president 's house recently?

Dey there de misyarn. The breakfast in the cooking for this useless Emilokan government from the north vis-a-vis entire Nigeria will clear his doubt even before 2027.

My friend, AGIP was not forcefully acquired by Oando. Stop using words that you do not understand.
ENI (owners of AGIP) are a very big multinational, and nobody can force them to sell their assets if they do not want to selll.

Oando acquired Uni-Petrol in 2001. Was it by force? No!
Oando acquired AGIP downstream 2003. Was it by force? No!
Oando acquired Conoco Philips in 2011. Was it by force? No!
Oando acquired AGIP onshore assets in 2023. Was it by force? No.

If you don't know, several multinational oil & gas companies (IOC) like Shell, Chevron, Mobil, Total, ENI, Addax etc. have all been divesting and leaving Nigeria due to several factors and Nigerian companies like Seplat, Aradel, Oando, etc. have been buying their assets.
Seplat also bought the assets of Shell. Did they acquire that by force too?

Tinubu govt is a failure and clueless, but do not link it to the Oando-AGIP transaction unnecessarily.

Every govt has the responsibility to encourage local companies and to ensure that we develop local competence and capacity and to be able to do and achieve what the foreign companies do here in Nigeria.

This man's frustration is somehow to me. Like most of PBAT'S deluded supporters who thought wishes were horses. We told them 'antecedents' matter, they chose propaganda instead. Tinubu is who he has always been (a kleptomanianc and authoritarian democrat). People are only just seeing him for who he is today. Unfortunately, the ship has sailed for the next 3 years.

People still dey this country they support Tinubu ke? Baba knows everything he’s doing they the naira devaluation show say their businesses ain’t affected in anyway. E try to increase our taxes so it could naturally get to the level where we don’t feel the effects which deep down is crippling the economy. Well, it gon be hard not to follow Tinubu policies by the next government.

This seems very much unlike the way Farooq writes. Can the OP attach any link to this for verification?!

Thanks for your observation, Farooq is always explicit and lengthy, though he's a ethnic champion that want a a particular ethnic group in power for life. You can always deduce that from his writings
