Dear Sycophants. On August 29 2023, Tinubu’s government promised to create 50 million jobs and revive the economy. This is almost one year. How far with your messiah’s plan? https://www.nairaland.com/7821154/tinubu-sets-3-year-economic-revival 1 Like |

EyeCumInPeace: When Buhari was borrowing to pay salaries your likes said he’s mortgaging the future of the unborn generations, Tinubu has decided that the unborn generations should enjoy while their parents pay the ultimate prize stop complaining. |

anonymous1759:No. Tinubu is extending the Buhari pattern into the second unborn generation. He isnt reversing anything. Buhari borrowed to execute projects that cant repay their cost and pay salary in his bid to spend his way out of recession. Tinubu is doing same in principle by embarking on redundant mega projects and salary increase without layoff of idlers. 1 Like |

EyeCumInPeace: The riots are clearly no longer about fuel price or hunger. What has hunger got to do with vandalizing people's businesses and properties? Why did those children destroy traffic lights and looted an NCC digital innovation hub? Why the sudden waving of Russian flags? Why not Saudi flags? The fuel price and hunger, though legitimate, were used as a launchpad for a call for regime change which I warned of only two days ago. You might have seen some children and women from a certain part of the country saying they want a regime change. Who is sponsoring them? You'd also recall that one Dr Moses Paul, a core Obident had called on President Tinubu to resign and hand over the reins of his government to Peter Obi, who came 3rd. I think I saw a thread where someone analyzed how different people had different interests in the protests. It has unfolded. You'd even find some toxic folks on nairaland spreading hate to fuel unrest. I had said there was no synergy in the demands of the protesters. There is no clear leadership and the likes of Inibehe Effiong, Deji Adeyanju, Ebun Adegboruwa and Omoyele Sowore were warned they'd lose control of what they intended to start. Some people pretend that it is about hunger and lie to themselves that they are patriotic while fuelling civil unrest; they just want regime change and chaos. At the end of the day, it is still those who have no business suffering who suffer. |
