nairavsdollars:I did not check my receipt until I got home. I realised that Market Square Supermarket around Rumuodumaiya, Port Harcourt sold Titus Sardine to me for 1650. I know they cheated me. It is trend I am beginning to observe with some of their franchise. Normally, in the markets in Port Harcourt it is between 1200 and 1300 Naira. So, it is cheaper in Lagos. |

Philipponzaghi: why not put the global trends into perception, i don't even know who is more sick Tinubu or his apologist last i check the only trend is naira is among worst performing currency in the world and with the ridiculous duties the wicked Apc govt impose on goods life can not be easy What gives the Tinubu govt out as a wicked heartless soul is the pretence .. you remove subsidy from everything and impose outrageous duties on goods knowing fully well our local production is not sufficient enough.. then these useless govt join Nigerians to act clueless like they dont know they are the major cause of the hardship How can we finally have a refinery and some entities will stand up to deny dangote fuel while Tinubu pretends like his hands are tied, if Tinubu meant well what is kyari still doing in NNPc base on what performance is that fool still retaining the sit |

Philipponzaghi: What rubbish global trend? Titus price in Nigeria didn't change because of global treand, it changed because the fall of the naira. Everything we import into the country has doubled or tripled in price since balablu. Would you say the prices of local commodities rose because of global trend as well? A tuber of yam jumped from 1k to 10k, a painter of honey beans jumped from 2.5k to 10k, etc. All increase came from failure to curb terrorism, failure to get the farmers back in their farms, increase in logistics, increase in fuel, etc. |

Goodnewsforlife:So the protests in Kenya, Bangladesh and UK are all due to identical reasons why there's protest currently in Nigeria(inflation, hunger and hardship)? So the whole world experienced over 300% inflation in the past one year as Nigeria has experienced since Tinubu came on board? Stop trying to Trivialize Tinubu's failures by deceptively similarizing Final outcomes of protest in other countries. |

Must we eat this sardine? Harsh economy or not .... sardines and the like should either be banned ... or heavily taxed so those whom want it should be made to pay through their noses. The cheapest and nonsense fish people are seeing as a must while turning up their noses at local fish. Sardines be sitting on the shelves in supermarkets .... not found in many because the general public does not buy them. The price should triple. |
