Probably that's why they discouraged higher education in the first place. To run away from responsibility and have enough illiterates to deceive.

They don't want subordinates usurping their powers through independent and critical thinking that comes with higher education.

How will we put these four things into effect? First, study: We may think of study as hard work, as involving heavy research. But in Jehovah’s organization it is not necessary to spend a lot of time and energy in research, for there are brothers in the organization who are assigned to do that very thing, to help you who do not have so much time for this, these preparing the good material in The Watchtower and other publications of the Society. But you do not study enough? Take this suggestion: Often the very best and most beneficial studying you do is that done when you read a new Watchtower or Awake! or a new book with the joy of getting the new truths and a fresh view. You remember the points. You talk enthusiastically to others about them. So try this: Pick up each Watchtower or Awake! as it comes and read it, just for the joy and pleasure it gives. Remember, you are not sitting down to study, just to enjoy the information. This will increase your joy of reading and will give you incentive for more definite, organized study. Jehovah wants you to enjoy your study. He does not want it to be drudgery to you. He is the happy God, taking pleasure in providing all this rich spiritual food.

Doublespeak..... If you refer to what someone says as doublespeak, you are criticizing them for presenting things in a way that is intended to hide the truth or give people the wrong idea.

Really nice.

You started it ever before I asked you that question. Even that question itself was as a result of an insult from you.

"Do unto others what you want others to do unto you." That's what I want you to know. Your insults mean nothing to me. You would never have the audacity to hurl the meanest insult at me if we were to see physically.

When MaxInDHouse was even using the fact that this is a faceless forum to advance all these lies, insults, abuses and manipulations. I know there are serious issues someplace somewhere.

Correct, they cannot be teaching them that they are the only religious group doing God's will, the best imperfect organisation on earth and yet expect such people to be humble or show humility to outsiders.

You see them hammering into the heads of their members that they should be humble, show humility and yet on platforms like this and exchanges elsewhere even in their midst that being humble or humility is lacking. it shows the contradictions and conflict that exist within it.

You cannot be taught what contradict the positive outcome expected and still expect a positive response grin grin grin grin

Of course now.

What's the meaning of "the Bible says we should love ALL men but when an apostate turns evil, we should hate them?"

What's the meaning of "Christ came to save All men, He came to save only 144,000?"

And all the other gibberish.

My God!

In a nut shell, you don't need to study the Bible. Just be studying our Awake magazines and be teaching it enthusiastically to others. This is the instruction that made Maxindhouse detest any suggestion to make his own research?

But the Bible says ""Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." 2 Tim. 2:15

We're told to study the Bible but JW says it is not necessary. Just study Awake, and you're good to go. Why worry yourself about obeying the biblical injunctions to study the Bible when there are others who are studying it for you? Hilarious!

when they are out there lying and manipulating other people you hear their religious leaders writing in their publications to outsiders...... Do you allow others do the thinking for you about your beliefs? Yet that is the very same thing they do to their members within their religious organisation yet discourage outsiders not to allow such from their own religious leaders. Looool!

That is why a governing member can come out to say members are now allowed to use their bible trained conscience to greet and invite disfellowshipped persons...... a classic case of someone doing their thinking for them

By these letters the king allowed the Jews who were in every city to assemble and defend their lives, to destroy, to kill, and to annihilate any armed force of any people or province that might attack them, with their children and women, and to plunder their goods on a single day throughout all the provinces of King Ahasuerus, on the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, which is the month of Adar. A copy of the writ was to be issued as a decree in every province and published to all people's, and the Jews were to be ready on that day to take revenge on their enemies. So the couriers, mounted on their swift royal seeds, hurried out, urged by the king’s command. The decree was issued in the citadel of Susan. So the Jews struck down all their enemies with the sword, slaughtering, and destroying them, and did as they pleased to those who hated them

Now the other Jews who were in the king’s provinces also gathered to defend their lives, and gained relief from their enemies, and killed seventy-fi ve thousand of those who hated them; but they laid no hands on the plunder.

@ FxMasterz this what was I talking about self defense the other day. As at the time this decree was made Israelites already had the upper hand. Haman who was the chief enemy and instigator wanting to terminate the Jews was dead already and Mordecai the second in command. Why didn't Esther and Mordecai just write to the Israelites we love of neighbours and enemies even though they which us bad we won't exterminate them like they had the intention of doing to us. Even if they attack us we will run away from them and not fight back grin grin grin

My brother, don't mind the hypocrites. They say one thing with their mouths but act in the opposite direction.

Do we need any further investigation of Maxindhouse, Aemmyjah or Janosky regarding these things? These are representatives of the cult called JW who say national defence is unscriptural. Meanwhile, even in simple conversations, they've been found in most cases to be the aggressors. Can you evidently prove to me that people who refer to others as asínwín, werey, wailing wailer, stupid, dunce, etc and even transliterate Courz to Curse would not be the first to draw out their daggers if they feel threatened? Take for example how Aemmyjah was insulting me without provocation. When I later insulted him, did he not hurl even more insults? Can you say that such a fellow would not look for a bomb if you approach him with a knife? Even their characters here already show that they're just full of man-made doctrines without any commitment to obey. Their devotions and self piety are fake. This very thread exposes them.

FxMasterz, achorladey, Oteneaaron and Emusan, please watch this video below. This is an interview of a woman who is a Survivor of Satanic Ritual Abuse when she was a JW. She gave some very interesting information about the involvement of Watchtower in Politics as She has ties to some people in the U.S government. She gave some very important information that we haven't Heard about. It all starts from Charles Taze Russell. Very interesting interview you must not miss.

There is no way Watchtower can have all these many investments in the Big Businesses of the world without being involved in Politics and in some Fraternities. This woman has done business to this completely.

Enjoy.

For: Emusan, Courz, Oteneaaron, FxMasterz,

Noah a preacher of righteousness. Courz mentioned their manipulations of the Bible regarding this account in Matthew of Jesus words regarding the days of Noah. Check page 2,3 of this thread.

We do not know how Jehovah judged each individual; nor do we know whether those who were killed had an opportunity to learn about Jehovah and to repent. In regard to the time of the Flood, the Bible does say that Noah was “a preacher of righteousness.” (2 Pet. 2:5) But it does not say that while he was building a colossal ark, he was also attempting to reach every individual on earth who would face destruction in the Deluge. Similarly, in the case of the nations of Canaan, we do not know if all those wicked people had an opportunity to learn about Jehovah and change their ways

When Noah heard Jehovah’s warning message, he proved that he had faith by building the ark. (Read Hebrews 11:7; 1 Peter 3:20.) Similarly, people who hear the good news about God’s Kingdom must act on what they hear. (Acts 3:17-20) Peter called Noah “a preacher of righteousness.” (2 Pet. 2:5) However, as discussed in the preceding article, we do not know whether Noah led a preaching campaign to reach everyone living on earth before the Flood. Today we are involved in a global preaching work, and we endeavor to have a zealous share in it. Still, try as we might, we cannot possibly reach everyone on earth with the good news before the end comes. Why not?...... Watchtower May 2024

achorladey, God bless you For exposing the foolishness of Mad MaxinDhouse. Mad MaxinDhouse, with your Maggot infested Brain, are you seeing what your beloved Watchtower said about Noah being a Preacher of righteousness? Look at the publication from your own website confirming exactly what I said in the First page of this thread which also exposes their Manipulation of Bible verses.

They have admitted that the Bible does not mention Noah preaching to the people before the Flood nor did It ever mention God asking Noah to preach. The Bible only said Noah was a preacher of Righteousness. It is just like someone being an advocate of something or someone who is vocal and passionate about something. But that doesn't mean that the person was asked or sent to advocate for something to specific people as in the case of Noah. Anyone can be a preacher of righteousness but that doesn't mean you were asked to Preach to specific people with a specific warning. There is a difference. So, if Watchtower in this publication admitted they don't know if Noah preached because the Bible never mentioned it, why did they change the Bible verse about Noah and the Flood that I mentioned in the first page of this thread? Foolish people! Blind guides leading the Blind.

If the Bible never mentioned something, don't add to it or else you will face strong judgement from God.

Achorladey, this their publication you just posted is a typical example of the publications of JW being their own enemy. They say one thing with their upper lip and then say another with their lower lip and their publications make them look stupid. You did not lie; they have changed their doctrine from "Noah preached to everyone, and they did not listen" to "Noah couldn't preach to everyone during his time." This is why they, too, won't be able to fulfill the prophecy in Matthew 24:14 about preaching the good news to all parts of the world before the end comes.

Jehovah's Witnesses

So any verse that can be manipulated to advance the brand will be done.
