Please, make sure you realize a health goal this BB season. Anything you do for 21 days becomes habit

Walk for 30 minutes to 1 hour daily or at least 4 times a week
Or better still, alternate with resistance training/weights
Or, work out daily with the hassmets

Seriously eat more proteins than carbs (meat, fish, Greek yogurt, eggs)
Sweet potato is better than rice
Bread really, really hates you😭
Palm oil is better than all those vegetable oils. It’s not the best, but yeah, even though
