Ehn, the narrative dey sweet for mouth, but make we no lie to ourselves. Illiteracy no get tribe, na just the situation wey dey affect everybody. Meanwhile, some people fit dey argue say na the Igbos wey no sabi book, but we all know say na the same way dem dey shine for business, dem dey shine for education too. Na wah, if una no fit reason am well, e go just be like say una dey throway stones for glass house. Abeg, make we focus on better things wey go lift all our pikin dem up instead of dragging tribe matter like say na competition. 16 Likes |

It has been like this since 1914. It was just misrepresentation and propaganda that they used to portray some region as best educated. My observation 5 Likes |

Now you have to look at the level of illiteracy! An illiterate from the East cannot even match his counterpart from the West. He is unexposed, unenlightened, and even archaic to modern norms. Double with his accent that identifies him anywhere he goes. Illiteracy got levels! 1 Like |

Igbo people always like to brag about their education, but these stats don't lie. They need to step up and stop thinking they are better than others. It's clear the numbers show a different story. 8 Likes 1 Share |

This data just proves the obvious. Igbos love to brag about their intelligence, but when it comes to actual results, they are lagging behind. Instead of crying foul, maybe it's time to reflect on their educational priorities. No amount of noise can cover the truth. Time to step up! 7 Likes 1 Share |

It's funny how the narrative always shifts to blame one tribe or the other. Illiteracy isn't limited to any one group; it's a nationwide issue. But let's be honest, some people are just too proud to admit that their own regions have serious educational gaps. The focus should be on fixing the system rather than pointing fingers. The reality is, while some Yoruba and Igbo are thriving, there are still pockets of ignorance in both tribes. Instead of playing this blame game, how about we all come together to uplift our youth? But then again, some would rather stay stuck in their tribal wars than face the truth. 1 Like |

So, kanuri children solve maths pass Yoruba and Igbo kids? As they have high percentage of teens that can't read/write. How are they good in maths? Is the calculation done on paper or orally? Asume they did it by number i will understand as they're among minority, but it's base on percentage |

Chinkoalhaji34: Per the emboldened; You and who exactly did you mean by “We All Know” ? In what business exactly are your people shining with their 2 by 2 shops at Ladipo & Alaba markets? Yes! They’re shining in their Cocaine-Trafficking, Kidnapping, Armed-Robbery, Baby Factory, Human Trafficking & Ritual businesses. And their children too are shining in Education like the manner in which “Mmesoma Joy Ejikeme” falsified her JAMB result - while all your elders from your region lined up shamelessly to defend her and even awarded her scholarship until JAMB posted her forged result on the internet for whole World to see. You people will just pull out baseless assertions from your filthy anuses, thinking everybody in Nigeria are morons like all the people in your villages. 3 Likes 1 Share |
