With this, NNPC won't have a stake in the refinery. Either today or in the future. Dangote 1 - 0 NNPC 33 Likes 1 Share |

This is a smart move by Dangote. Selling off that stake can help manage loan obligations effectively. NNPC's decision not to take up the full stake is puzzling, but at least Dangote remains focused on making the refinery a success. Let’s hope this divestment brings more clarity to the situation! 48 Likes 4 Shares |

tony0806: Read read read before commenting una no dey hear word. NNPC already had 7.5% stake with an option to buy 12.5% stake by June 2024 in order to increase it to 20% but they refused meaning NNPC only had 7.5% stake in the refinery. Read and comprehend before commenting next time I won't be here to expatiate 1 Like |
