This is a good initiative, but only if the administration can truly implement it. We have heard so many stories way too long to believe anything coming out from successive governments. Again, I still believe the reforms being carried out by this administration is necessary. Of course, there is always going to be some short and mid-term suffering/hardships, but if the government could provide some cushions to the citizens while the hardship phase lasts, we stand to gain a lot in the long run.
