Goodenoch: Last time I'll comment on this as I, and I'm sure everyone else is tired of hearing Zahra this, Zahra that. It may not have been personal from you, but it definitely was for some. I don't mind a call out. Agentxxx and Raalsalghul called me out and I took their comments on board. My comments may be direct at times but they're never intended to be hurtful or offensive, so Ill readily apologise if it comes across as such. However there's a big difference between calling me out on the timing and tone of my posts and falsely accusing me of supporting the rioters and being happy about the attacks against fellow BAME, especially blacks, and mocking the protests because you do not like me and my views. That is malicious and personal. 11 Likes |

Goodenoch: You have won my respect and am more humbled reading this. I recently visited a Caribbean country, and my views on many things too started changing. All I have learned in all of this is about humanity, if you fight humanity whether you're far right or far left humanity will fight back and resist you. Cheers 3 Likes |

Gerrard59: Also in all of this happening, the agitators has never mention Chinese as immigrants they want to leave their country. It’s the usual brown and black skin countries they keep mentioning. Meanwhile the Chinese arguably own more houses and investments in this country than any other ethnicity yet, they don’t scream we want our country back from them. The reflection of your ethnicity is how people will treat you in the diaspora. Chinese advancement in technology has given respect to their citizen wherever they go. If we don’t come together and make Africa great, thinking because we own ILR… one day they will ask you where you are really from? 8 Likes |

Do you see a lot of Chinese struggling to pay for COS? They mostly come here to school in top schools and go back to their country. Except, recently when UK allowed a lot of people from Hong Kong to come into the Uk. Therefore,to a racist, Chinese are no threats. They are also hardly on the news for committing crime. When it comes to Cybersecurity, the British intelligence see them as threats. lavida001: 3 Likes |

lavida001:That is the solution. Nothing else. Remi Adekoya wrote a book on this. Even before I came across his works, I did a thread on it: https://www.nairaland.com/5886610/racism-against-blacks-reduce-drastically Me, I have been thinking about it lately after I visited a shopping mall. Fine, families were having a splendid time and everywhere was safe. But the environment was markedly odd for me as I was the only black person there. I then imagine what it would look like for black children. It reminded me of the video I watched where a black young lady (born and bred in Japan) had to assist a random black teen wandering about in Tokyo Disneyland looking for who to play with, but no one because clearly no one looked like him. Me sef con dey pity the boy. It is no wonder that black people in the UK mostly live in England and a whooping proportion in Greater London. Even in the US, black people are migrating to the Southern states where they have significant numbers from the northern states. Even black women there acknowledge their relationship and marital chances are remarkably low in states like California. Apparently, humans are tribal. Heaven knows should I marry a black woman, I would move back to a black dominated society. E get some kind nonsense I no dey like. 12 Likes |

dupyshoo: So true. I read that the Chinese were one of the key reasons the PSW route was retained in its original form. Durham university, LSE and some other red bricks that attract a large number of Chinese students heavily lobbied the govt on the basis that the graduate route was important to their Chinese students, many of whom want to gain some UK work experience before going home. I had a young Chinese postgraduate in my team. She did her masters in Imperial I believe. Really smart and hardworking. The company had sponsored her visa fees fully including IHS, legal fees etc. She recently announced that she was leaving, barely 2 years into her visa. She said she missed home and her parents wanted her to come back, plus she had other opportunities waiting for her.. . She was even offered a nice package to entice her to stay, but she still said adiós. For a lot of them the UK is merely a stepping stone/rite of passage to bigger and better back at home. 6 Likes |

lavida001: It does 110% natives or not. Surely indigenes know themselves but they share equal right with black/ Asian British passport holder. Sadiq Khan, has been the mayor of London since 9 May 2016. to be re -elected over and over again shows that those with your view are in the minority What this racist thugs are doing is not different from what some tribes in Nigeria are doing during this #EndBadGovernance, many used the opportunity to call for Igbos to leave Lagos, even before this protest Igbos have faced harsh treatment in Lagos in particular, norther part is another story completely. 6 Likes |

The ones I attended uni did not even apply for psw. The left for China immediately after their courses. Their parents own manufacturing coys in China and were waiting for them to get foreign certificate and put them as head of the coys. While Nigerians and Indians were struggling to get COS, they just did not care as they had no intention of staying back. They came with top electronics gadgets and phones and were very rich. TBH, these are just top 5-10% of their population, which translates to millions of them. A lot of their population cannot afford to leave China. Zahra29: 3 Likes |

Gerrard59: I usually don't repost full length posts but had to do it as reading thru your post, I wonder how you see the world. You exhibit exceptional .... Japan is not the crux here but to be clear, the gdp per capita (attached) is today less that what it was 30yrs ago. Their political class now visit other nations seeking migrants. They have over recent years changed many laws, ramped up their intake of migrants, granting permanent residence to certain groups after only a year instead of three- not because they want to but because they have no choice. I struggle to comprehend your second paragraph. When you look in the mirror what do you see? A slave? So if Rishi, Kemi, AJ or Saka commits a crime, they should be deported to India/Nigeria? How about Boris Johnson? Turkey perhaps. How many generations do we go back? My issue is not you seeing yourself as an afterthought but trying to reflect that on every black person. I have said it multiple times here that the only reason I had the opportunity to come to the UK was because I was needed. If just 0.5% of people on longterm sick could do my job, I wouldn't be here. Make no mistake, if today you and your kids decide to be slaves in the UK, the difference between now and 400 years ago is that your rulers would include fellow blacks who have a different mindset. I do not need the permission of every British person to become a Brit in thesame way British people didn't ask permission to become Americans. 3 Likes

Treadway: How do some of us think. Is it neo-colonialism or just plain cowardice? What section of human history do you have the faintest knowledge of? You remind me of a coward I knew back home who kept telling me how people from his part don't come to my part. I told him we don't think alike. That if a language competition is organised in his village, despite the fact I don't speak his language, I can decide to participate in that competition and best him. It is not my fault, it is the way I think. The world does not belong to cowards. The first property I bought in Nigeria was in a northern state I grew up in- same state I had seen loads of people being killed in my very before. People were grovelling. Told them my thinking is simple- it makes economic sense, I but it. That is why today, despite doing respectably well in the UK, I'm set on giving myself and kids the right to be Nigerians, Brits, Canadians or Americans. Anyone we deem fit, we use. 4 Likes 1 Share |

justwise: Thank you for this, I find it soul destroying when I see black folks take a guilty look when migration is discussed. Despite the fact that a miniscule number of Africans have ever left their abode, it's somehow made out that moving around is a privilege to us but a right to others Like I said previously, the more I know about human history, the more unapologetic I become about migration. Reminds me of a chat I had with a white British folk at my workplace. Chap was trying to insinuate a grand plan to get people from Africa into the US. (I.e illegal migration). I told him that being British, he should more than everyone else know migration is as old as man. You don't like my presence, too bad, I don't care. To Gerard who talked about deporting 2nd gen... like I asked, how far back do we go? Should Australia/U.S or Cad start deporting White folks back to Europe? 3 Likes 1 Share

Kudos to Keir Starmer. Another reason why I decided to adopt this nation as another home. 72hrs from event to sentencing... Next! Just look at rifrafs causing mayhem. The profile of a few I went thru had one thing in common- economically inactive louts. Most of the immigrants they are attacking contribute more to this society than many of them combined. They are free to vote Farage next time, afterall, he said it was an election of migration and minions repeated it. Nice migration to prison. @missjekyll, kudos to Labour. For this alone, Kier has earned my support for a sensible tax rise. I go happily pay. I have no problem paying extra to feed these lot in prison. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cm23y7l01v8o 3 Likes
