Nigerians always in a hurry to embrace substandard options compared to an actual good life and the simplest basic needs.

When you can no longer afford ordinary salt, you will come here again to post SAND as option.

I don't know what joy some people derive spewing lies and deceit on social media. What is pocket friendly about the foods you shamelessly listed above?
Aren't you in Nigeria or you are living in Mars.
Nonsense write up.

The meals listed there are for the rich in present day Nigeria.

Case study of Jos
Mudu of garri = 1,200
Mudu of beans = 2500
A piece of plantain = 600
A sizeable tuber of yam = 3,000.. etc

My issue with this post is lying that beans, noodles, etc are cheap!

A painter bucket of honey beans is still N12,000! This is painter bucket that we were buying N1,500 in December 2023!
