It doesn't matter - as long as your visa is still valid for your trip.

Hello house. Good afternoon. Please do one need a transit visa to fly KLM? Or a UK visit visa is enough. There is a transfer at Amsterdam for the outbound flight and Paris for the return flight
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Lanrebobokay: 12:34pm On Aug 09
Good Day, House,
I’m seeking some advice regarding a situation I’m currently facing with my UK visa.

Last year, I was granted a 6-month UK visiting visa to attend a work-sponsored seminar. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen delays, I only received the visa a day before the seminar was scheduled to begin. As a result, I was unable to attend the seminar or use the visa before it expired.

Since then, I have successfully traveled to Canada, which was after obtaining the UK visa. Now, I’m planning to reapply for a UK visa for a one or two week vacation. However, I’m concerned about whether the fact that I didn’t use my previous UK visa could negatively impact my upcoming application.

I would greatly appreciate any advice or insights from anyone who may have experienced a similar situation or has knowledge of how such cases are typically handled.

Thank you in advance for your assistance

From my Aunty’s experience, you need a transit visa. She had to book another flight as she couldn’t go with them.

There is nothing to worry about at all. Absolutely nothing. An unutilized visa is a plus for you - it shows that you are not desperate. To the best of my knowledge, you don't need to explain why you did not use a visa - plans can and do change all the time. I had an unutilized visa in the past and my husband had two. No issues with subsequent applications.

Apply normally but this time, be more careful as your purpose of visit has changed. Your Canadian visa is a big plus too.

Good luck!

Yes you need a transit visa. However, If you have a valid US and/or Canadian visa, you won't need a transit visa..

Also I’m applying for just myself , I tried doing the calculation of total credits divided by 6 and it has exceeded how much that is in available balance oh

So I put in as a business owner I can’t tell how much in a year so I estimated it to 2.5 million as how much in a year and also other income which is rent I receive of 1.2 every year , total amount I spend is 400k and how much I am willing to spend for this trip is 1,500 pounds.

The available balance that I’m submitting is equivalent to 8-9m , is this okay ?

Also an agent applied for us tourist visa 3 years ago which was refused before my daughter travelled for studies , he put in that I earn 5m a year , should I stick to this but I think it doesn’t make sense because of the the amount available . Please let me know what you think

Or should I put the 5m as annual earnings in a year ?
Cashmadam:

Depends. Best to be modest. I would say between 1,500 and 2,000 each.
