Its very unfirtunate. Lets see how the battle ends. The billionaires are all talking. Ote$ spoke the other time, and Elumelu is now talking too.

The fact remains that DANGOTE and his companies will come out to winning ways...

You guys don't understand how complicit the West is in keeping African people poor and to remain at survival level. Person wey dey hungry is powerless against corruption. You cannot stop corruption until the general living conditions of a people is high.

Just see the amount he was offered. I am sure the organisation is a rookie one. He has been doing such jobs for the right amount. Go look at what Sowore is collecting for all the nonsense he is doing

Believe that guy at the detiment of your own intelligence. Man is only warming his way into the Dangote confrontation with regulators/government. Now, it is left for Dangote to approach him with the big money to start writing his usual fictions in support of the refinery.

When he said there was no refinery or that the refinery will never work, he said he has evidence. When he said Dangote was only importing produtcts to sell at the site as being from his fictitious refinery, he said he has evidence. It is that same person who never belived in a refinery that would now be aproached to write against the refinery?

He is a good writer, no doubt. But that is all about him. He writes fictions but because his fictions feast on Nigeria's political divides, he is bound to have followers regardless of how obviously false his stories are. Dangote is his next target to extort money from in the name of fighting for his refinery.
Lol.. Another angle.
Yeah, your assumed aim may be plausible. Afterall he is an Freelance writer,
But what transpired may not be a total write off.. He put out names out there..
Though might want to ride on opportunity..

Ikeja Hotel

H1=62k
FY=0.62x2=1.24
Common Sense Value ( lower) = 1.24 x 4 =. N4. 96
Common Sense value (upper) =1.24 x 5 = N6.20
Target Price Range =N4.96 - N6.20
Current price = N6.8
Hence Overvalued by the strategy. NOT A GOOD BUY AT THE CURRENT PRICE. ALLOW TA TO SUPPORT. Please see charts.

Please also note that dividend payment is poor to bonds and treasury bill yields so if penalized by applying a 75% marked down of the lower value, would fall to N3.72.

For me, it's not a good buy except well below this figure. That's for me though.!!!

Thank you aj8 for this formula.
I would like to know if the (2) factor is constant for both penny stocks and large stocks?

It does not. Will only drive the price up faster and higher after the bonus news is leaked or released e.g Ucap . Calculations are based on current eps or estimated dividend payment. The post referenced was actually before CBN and Recapitalization. Insiders buying into a stock currently well above valuation especially if the CEO or CFO must get why. E.g. UCAP bonus recently. 👀NAHCO 👀AfrPrud

Hello bro.
Please can you use your valuation for Custodian Investment? The HY EPS is 377k / #3.77 and CP is #11.7.
Using your valuation, the FVE is #22-#25 but her current CP is close to her 52 weeks high already.

Dangote is making all this noise not because he loves Nigeria.
It is purely for him to maximize profit. If it is possible for him to ignore Nigeria crude and market,I am not sure if he would be this agitated.
Let him hate nigeria as long as his investments are in nigeria. The ones that love nigeria have investments in Malta,dubai and other countries. His investments are putting food on tables for many Nigerians directly and indirectly. I have not seen his employees complain of not being paid well or being owed.iF I may ask how many Nigerians do you employ in your own capacity

He has done the above view below except l am missing something

aj8:

My reference price when called was about N10.50. Current price today is N11.70. Here is the calculation based on the strategy

H1=3.77
FY est =3.77 x 2 = 7.54
FY x 4 = 7.54 x 4 = 30.00 approximately

75% 0f N30 = N22

That’s my target. If they pay total dividends of N1.00 or more.

So My Target is N22.00

Please do your DD .

You would think they love Dangote. No. Not At all.

They have accused him for years of monopoly, of representing their oppressors. They have watched with delight, they have aided and hailed the burning of his trucks countless times when it crosses their space.

But at the moment, he is an enemy to their perceived enemy, and so he becomes an emergency friend.

Dangote must succeed for the sake of our country and indeed he will succeed. We are all rooting for him. By the time he does, these his emnergency friends will return to their default seetings.

I can't wait to have Dangote refinery listed on the NSE.

If only you people read Adam Smith. I will argue we need more people who want to make money and "Maximise profit" in Nigeria.
Dangote's desire to make money is a net positive for the country.
When an entrepreneur desires to make money for himself by producing goods or rendering services to meet the needs of others, the government and people benefit. The entrepreneur's only benefit is a paper net worth increase.
In sage peter Obi's voice smiley, that is wealth with enterprise.

A man who is targeting to generate #30billion in revenue in the near future. Do you know what 30% coperate tax means to the country and other taxes. Then the stupid criminal government will still collect 10% as WHT from people like me join.

Before a vessel enters Nigeria s territorial waters, Nigerian Navy must be aware of it and its content, and give permission for entrance. Before the vessel leaves Nigerian shores, the Nigerian Navy is aware of its content and where it is going. There is a platform where you see all the ships and vessels in this planet, where they are going and leaving, and their content s are known.

You would be surprised at the state of my portfolio since I started learning from you and other highly informed forum members here these past weeks.

But in these short period, I have also seen you throw allegations around with reckless abandon and you appear to hate being challenged. I encourage you to be open minded and less confrontational while reacting to opposing views.

And, please, I want you to know that a lot of us appreciate your wealth of knowledge and informed nudgets on investments here. Keep it up, bro.
