Nothing to Kiss here. It's full of lies. Do you know how much apc alone borrowed in 8 years? Why did you dodge that fact? Obasanjo met 28bn usd loan obtained by the previous administration and paid a whopping 10bm out of it when crude was sold for less than 50usd. That's great achievement for Nigeria. If not for his monetisation policy, Nigeria would have collapsed by now. Crude is selling well now yet, nothing to show, but extravagant lifestyle of Tinubu buying yacht and presidential jets here and there. Every government borrows but what you do with it and the result matter. The electricity you and I are enjoying today, which your mentors said obj wasted Nigeria money on, wouldn't have been there.
