post=131451330: Salewa97 why the change in moniker? Oh. You mean the same way the queues disappeared and fuel prices stabilized when subsidies were 'gone' as your leader promised? Or should I mention as the price of services and commodities stabilized when the forex windows were merged? SMH. Headless mob of non-entities. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Lalami3232: Very wrong assumptions there. Be like say na grandma raise you up because that's a grandma's mentality. Inasmuch as keeping one's chastity till marriage is good, that doesn't translate to the fact that a girl who got married as a virgin would make a very faithful wife eventually. Some of the girls you derogatorily term 'boreholes' may even end up being more faithful to whoever eventually loves and marries them. Stop stereotyping things. This world dey tranga. Besides,I really really wonder how you came about that conclusion of yours. Marriage is deep. Once a quiet girl can become a talkative just because of marriage. Once an extrovert can metamorphose into an introvert because of who they married. A well brought up girl can become a lioness tomorrow because the man she married brought out the demon in her. A hookup girl can turn a faithful wife because of the love and respect she's enjoying from her man. A girl who married as a virgin can become flirtatious tomorrow because her husband doesn't satisfy her sexual needs or because she lacks emotional support from her husband. Once again, marriage is deeper than you know. Most people become their opposite selves due to wrong or right marriages. 2 Likes |

Na FG dey pay, not NYSC. Since FG has approved 70k as minimum wage, it means even corpers will receive same. NYSC DG has no say in that. No be every channel una see be opportunity to bash Nigeria and FG. |

JOACHINpedro: 1.That is the Koko - Pay the NYSC theirs. 2. Pay the Retired People ( Retirees) theirs. Or are they not Nigerians, going to the Same Markets? •Is it True that the Federal Govt is trying to use the NTrillions Fund in the PENCOM- and which Laws gave the government the Right to use the Money that belongs to the Retire People, Without their Consent? |

chipet67:I don't claim to be anything. Check all the times FG increased minimum wage and check when it was effective for NYSC corper. Again, if you understand how FG pays salaries. You would know corpers are not permanent staff and are not on any salary scale. So NYSC will need directive and get disbursed before that minimum wage will be effective for corpers. It is not automatic. 2 Likes 1 Share |

I be dey think say Corps members are not staff of NYSC. The last time i check, the NYSC cleaners and gardeners are the lowest cadres of NYSC. My question is, how did corps members come into this 70k minimum wage supplement? Corps members should know that what they are currently earning is not salary but rather monthly ALLOWANCE. That's why is called ALLOWEE. When FG increased allowee from 8k to 17k up to current amount, no be corps members handiwork do am na government willingness. May God touch FG to increase corps members allowee. God bless FRN 1 Like |

Chief of state to the President is expected to have communicated the accent in a memo to the SGF who will send same to the salaries and wages commission who will do the computation and finally do a memo of implementation to all MDAs. But because its more of a pretense, ....... |

chccho:Are corpers not on an engagement away from their home and families by the said Govt? Are corpers not using the same public transport and markets every other Nigerian worker uses? Make Una dey try get sense small for this country. Minimum wage means the least anyone engaged by any organization be it govt or not should earn. I see no debate in this if FG is fair 1 Like |

EpicDude123:Let them continue enjoying their former pay, afterall they still earn from their PPA too so they can join that too. Nigeria is seriously in dangerous debt and we haven't even sorted that out As far as i am concerned NYSC should be for max, 3-6months, pay them off and let them move on. 12 yrs crossing country is an absolute waste of time, lives, and resources. If only u know how many corpers have lost their lives during service u will understand that the scheme is a waste of time. Corpers pay is not Nigerias problem right now, the country has BIGGER FISH to fry 1 Like |
