When OBJ came he met the exchange rate of 1$ to be ₦21.89. in 2007 when he was to leave office, he left the exchange rate of 1$ to naira to be ₦120. Jonathan left it at ₦199 in 2015. Buhari left it at ₦450 in 2023. You know what within a year Tinubu has increased the exchange rate of 1$ to be over ₦1,500 and still undulating till date.
