Thank God for another week.ucap dividend started the week well Pls I can't remember how previous dividend was done in relation to bonus. If you buy ucap now does it means you will qualify for final dividend even if it based on the old 6B os. Or is it likely the final dividend will be based on 18B new os |

Streetinvestor2:Until the new bonus is approved and allocated to qualified individuals, don't count it as something you'll collect dividend on. If it's allocated before final Dividend is declared; is already sitting in your CSCS and new OS listed, then any Dividend declaration will be extended to it. As it is now, the EGM will be coming up on 21st of August, so just leave new bonus out of any expectations for now. 2 Likes |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Streetinvestor2: 1:07pm On Aug 12 |
yMcy56:Does it mean those buying now are buying from the old Os and will be qualified for final dividend. I am trying to understand the present renewed interest in the stock Why I am asking is because if you buy @#13 after mark down and is classified as old os which is is qualified for final dividend even if the new is not alloted by then.It means is a good deal if final dividend enter #1 plus |

Streetinvestor2:Those buying now are still buying from the discounted old OS of 6bn I Blvd. The renewed interest should be based on the lower share price considering the good fundamentals of UCAP and because it's a growth stock....... Also, those averaging down are doing so to increase their volumes and partake out of the final/future dividends possibly. Moreover, the fact that insiders are buying seems to be some kind of positive outlook of better things to come probably. * If the company performs well, dilution may not have major effect on the final Dividend........AND, if the Coy is planning to raise Capital, then there may be price pumping at some point (not saying this is the case o, just a scenario). * Overall, na my opinion I talk. |

Oando looks no pull back today. My 3rd target of #50 is achieveable this week though I didn't buy for the third target at #30. I have learnt not to chase any moving stock. It is a waste of time when many opportunities are available Is thr another thread for monkey hunting apart from here,I can't say.The truth remains MH is real and is happening here.Just do you DD before you buy anything. Don't be carried away by the noise. When I will sell I won't tell you just as they won't tell you.I will never pay school fees in this market again when it is within my control. 1 Like |
