it seems you are confused, there is no document like an undergraduate work permit, if you complete an undergraduate program in Canada you will be issued PGWP, and then you can get a job
I was Bro, but not anymore. Thanks all the same

It will automatically disappear, if it is not submitted after 60days there is nothing you can do. Just create another application when you are ready to submit.

Nothing you can do about it. Just take screenshots of every of your input fields so it'll be easier to fill the next time. Also don't create an application if you're not ready to submit within 2 weeks.

Yes,it was after My initial deposit was paid and a re-application form filled and submitted.

Please I have two questions because i recently spoke to an admission officer regarding the mba foundation and I’m yet to get a response. Was this after you made your tuition deposit?[/quote]

Hello house,

Please this is urgent.

The program I applied for is only offered in September intake. I have applied for my visa but the way things are going, I don't think the visa will be out and I make it to Canada before Sep 3.
My question is, if I should defer the admission and apply to a different course offered by the same college for January intake, do I need to apply for another visa since its a different program but in same college.
Also, the program deferral deadline is 20th of August.

I am honestly very confused and disoriented.

Please someone should answer me.

Also please is there a number I can use to call IRCC

Hello All !
I submitted my student permit application on June 26, but I haven't received any updates from IRCC yet. My program is set to start on August 26, and unfortunately, my college does not allow deferrals, so I'm getting anxious about the delay.

Is anyone else experiencing a similar delay with their student permit application?

I will suggest you wait till 3 days before the deferral deadline, if there is no response from IRCC then defer to the next intake. Going for a new programme before your visa is out will not be advisable.

Ok, but the problem is that the program only has Sep intake. One intake for the year, no January.
I am really getting anxious and I don't know what to do

A big thank you to everyone on here. My sister's visa just got approved on our second attempt. We submitted June 28th, sent webform a few times on Sunday, and PPR dropped today! We all did this together, once again, a big thank you to everyone!
P.S. The first refusal was due to lack of family ties and financial issues. This time around, we used our parents as family ties and as far as the financial part is concerned, we made a big mistake of using an ordinary investment slip as POF, GCMS note came back and it was noted that the investment certificate was given "less weight" because it wasn't from a commercial bank. We deposited a huge amount into her account, and supported it with some docs and the rest naa story...

No update whatsoever. We couldn't register on tracker either. Ok I'm not sure which is the new / old portal, but we used the GCKey one.

Good day all,

My wife got her student visa approved last year for 2023 September in-take while I got SWOP. The admission was deferred to January 2025. The school is a college. My question are:
1. Will she need PAL for her entry to Canada?
2. Will I be able to renew my SOWP which will expire before the end of her first year?
3. Do we need to do medicals because the last one has expired last year December?

Thanks

1. No, She won’t need PAL as the rules doesn’t apply to her, She got her visa before they implement the PAL.
2. Yes, you will be able to renew it.
3. Yes, Both of you will have to redo another medical before traveling, update the medical slip to IRCC and have in handy when traveling.

All th best.
