I will say what I said then: No statutory body has a CSR remit: you have no power to donate anything especially money. Your question/observation is valid . Do they have jurisdiction or the power to disburse recovered money from the proceed of crime to funds government programmes as they deem fit.. does extant laws grant them that power? 50 billion is no small money!

Is it not better to be used for targeted infrastructure and public use such as the student loan program? At least, we can say the general population benefited from the recovery of looted funds. However, the use of the fund should be monitored and accounted for on a quarterly basis.

The money was never efcc money to give in the first place,the madness that exist in Nigeria is appalling,efcc does not have any right whatsoever to give money that isn't theirs,even the CBN have no right to give money out, Nigeria is a useless country.
