What a name. No be only Kekere or Keke napep but na Ekuke. A position they should have given to an Igbo man to balance the injustice and the rot done to Igbo nation attrition in the federal character composition. In few notice they would start asking why we didn't participate in the #ENDBADGOVERNANCE protest. It is because an average Igbo man do not see the need to continue in one Nigeria. Placate them, Abuja idi@ts refused

It is always by seniority. There is nothing like tribe there. Right now, she is the most senior, followed by Inyang Okoro (2nd in line) and Uwani Musa Abba Aji. The NJC receives two of the most senior and makes a recommendation to the president.

11. After certain person's messiah lost elections and could not prove their case, they accused her and her children of bias and threatened the woman and her family. The intention was to force her to twist the arm of justice to favour their scam if she sat on their appeal. They did all of these before the Supreme Court panel was constituted. She was not part of the panel. When the panel was set up and headed by Justice Inyang Okoro JSC, we saw a thorough adjudication. One of the judges even decided to look into the case of someone who brought Chicago deposition to use to defraud his way into the presidency after he lost the elections. They asked the man why he didn't authenticate the deposition with the District Court of Illinois, or legalized with the US Embassy.

We thank Justice Kekere-Ekun's colleagues who stood firm and prevented a constitutional crisis when those who lost elections resolved to issuing threats to force their scam on the rest of us.

Do you also believe in her judgemnent in favor of Hope Uzodinma which elevated him from 4th place to winner of an election?

Hope Uzodinma did the simple thing reasonable election petitioners are always expected to do.

He didn't base his petition on disqualification of anybody, or double nomination if a running mate or fraudulent conviction. Rather, he claimed his votes from certain areas were not counted by INEC which made him come 4th. That is a legitimate ground for elections petitions.

When the votes were counted, he surpassed the winner and the Supreme Court had no choice but to award him the victory. That was the basis of the whole judgement.

Let us try and read. Let us have the patience to read. Even if we can't read judgements which are very detailed, read summary and reports with an open mind. Ordinary high court judgement is very detailed with case laws and precedents and the judge's decision is backed up with reasoning and evidence.

Remember that one of the judges at the PEPT blasted Obi's lawyers for not coming up with figures to prove how they won and where. Obi was thrashed by about 3 million votes. He only needed to look for those 3 million votes where he claimed he was rigged out.

By failing to do that, the court could not give him what he wanted based on his emotions.

Atiku knew he lost. So he didn't claim he got superior numbers. Reason he started going to Chicago as he sought Tinubu's disqualification. Judges are not foolish; they understand the game more than everyone else.

I have no business with Obi and I certainly hope you are right about Hope Uzodinma. You will agree that most of the nation was scandalized by that judgment. If it was a matter of counting legitimate votes, I doubt so many people across the nation would have been so shocked. People simply didnt believe the man won at all.

You know, with the years the locusts had eaten when we subsidized dollars for the rich and when fraudulent fuel subsidy claims were made, I feared the mess would be worse. But thanks to Tinubu, it did not get worse than we anticipated.

I hope he'd be able to rein in on inflation, deal with food security and stabilize the economy. Once he gets that right, other things would follow. Right now, I am seeing some tinkering in administration through LG autonomy which would grant them more responsibilities.

To answer your question, I do not downplay the current pain everyone faces, but it is not deliberate. On my own, I am doing okay, but I won't pretend others are. So please be patient.

Nigeria cannot afford to fail.

No 8 is a contradiction. The heading says she is "THE FIRST FEMALE CHIEF JUSTICE (CJ), FOLLOWING THE FOOTSTEPS OF MARIAM KALOMA MUHKTAR, WHO WAS THE FIRST FEMALE CHIEF JUSTICE (CJ)." How does that sound? To me this is just another YORUBA tribe man desperately trying to attach significance and importance to the appointment in favour of the Justice Kudira Kekere-Ekun! So a beg give people chance to express their correct opinions and not these sentimental write ups.

Let's have faith. A wise man does not go into too many fights at once.

Many leaders kick the can down the road as they don't want to gamble with their re-election. That Tinubu took on the behemoth of the subsidy scam and fx market without thinking of his re-election only tells me he is desperate for results.

Nigerians are resilient people. They won't die and the pain from the policies won't last throughout Tinubu's tenure.
