The worst Apc will have there is sixty percent of the total votes. Akpata just like Obi will divide the natural votes pdp would have in Edo south, especially Oredo and ikpoba okha LGA. Senator Okpeboho is the next governor of Edo state.

That was a general election where elections were held simultaneously, this is a governorship election and an off cycle election where the ruling part in the state controls most of the structures and moreso Apc's fortunes have dwindled in recent times no thanks to its woeful leadership at the federal level.

Things were very bad last year.that was even during the cashless policy...obaseki govt has deteriorated so everything is equal between both parties.Obaseki fight with the palace plus the popularity of Lp had damaged pdp

It is even easier for APC to rig or show power in an isolated election as it will flood the area with security,thugs,money etc. the ruling pdp is massively divided.so what can Obaseki do specially that APC cannot do better

People are angry with Obaseki because of poor road construction, his fight with the Oba of Benin, his usage of outside the State contractors for project execution without patronising state contractors and his fight against party leaders. His candidate is the best for now but that might not win because of the sin of his principal.

I don't even think the PDP will have a candidate in the election next month because of the court ruling. Waiting for supreme ruling.

People will still vote for APC!!!
