This was the same leadership issues that made them allow Wike to run unopposed in Rivers State in the 2019 elections, making him start seeing himself as King Kong in the state today.
There is no internal leadership issue here.

Emeka Beke was validly elected Chairman.

Then Ganduje, Tinubu and Wike connived to remove him because they wanted to get at Amaechi.

The issue is that simple!

Unfortunately, you can't ignore court judgements irrespective of where it originates from.

Best is to appeal and seek a vacation order
Nobody takes Rivers state high court serious. If it sure for That Beke, let him go to APC Secretariat in Rivers, not Abuja o. Someone that was removed by Gaduje. Maybe they think Wike was the one that removed him.

The Beke is trying to play smart. He was removed by a court and his case is in court of appeal on the same issue. So why run back to same state high court to secure judgement?Fubara should stop running in this embarrassing circles because he wants the assembly members out.
The Appeal court has judged in favour of them, but he keeps on spending on frivolous issues. Anyone that wants to cash out will go and wash his brain, at the end it will be a jamboree.
It's becoming embarrassing that governance in the state has been reduced to this level. No respect for the office of the governor.

Don't mind them, most youth, expecially on this platform are worst than our political leaders we condemned. What suite them is what they accept and condemned others.

My dear our judiciary is becoming something else.

Amachi can do nothing, normally all APC state chairman tenure will end next year

State high court can do nothing on this

Eneka Beke is the authentic APC chairman in Rivers State. A good dancer knows when to leave the stage. There is time for everything.

That should be the direction of the party, ignoring court orders that are obviously politically motivated
It is only a hardcore illiterate that will ignore or support ignoring judgment of court. Any action taken by Okocha in while the judgment is subsisting will be illegal and someone can use it against the party. That was how PDP got Zamfara and Wike won his second term unopposed, APC disobeyed Court order in both instances and their opponents used it against them in another court.

This same guy went to appeal court last year than run back to state high court again.

At nation level nobody takes rivers state high court serious again

Most of you do not understand politics. Emeka Beke is being bankrolled by Fubara to frustrate the 27 lawmakers and Tony C. Okocha.

This man inspired by his boss Amaechi worked for Atiku. His brother is a serving commissioner under Fubara. He is anti-Tinubu and pro-Amaechi but you think he can head the APC in Rivers State as opposed to Tony Okocha who worked for Tinubu?

In the words of Tony Okocha, he (Emeka Beke) cannot wear Tinubu's signature cap to Amaechi's house. He will be sent out!

This is a fantasy that most of you here want so hard to be true, but I assure you, Emeka Beke is a nobody in APC. HE WILL BE FLUSHED OUT!

Mind you, he was removed by a court of competent jurisdiction to which he filed an appeal. The appeal has not been heard and he is busy forum shopping in Rivers State.

Finally, the APC NWC has said that they were not joined in the suit and as such cannot be compelled to recognise Emeka Beke who worked against Tinubu in 2023.

The questions therefore are:

CAN EMEKA BEKE WORK IN ISOLATION?
CAN HE SURVIVE WHEN HE IS ANTI-BAT?
WILL FUBARA BE ABLE TO RESCUE HIM?

I'm sure you are one of those people bearing Igbo names and claiming to come from Rivers and denying your Igbo heritage.

Well, for the record I'm an Ijaw man. You can now run back to your hole. There is no need responding to you any further.

Emeka Beke obviously knows he can't achieve much around this case, but Apc has to be careful as the Idea is to throw some spanner in their works, banana peels are being laid subtly.

Apc Rivers has a long judicial road to 2027, my thoughts.

Now I know that there are so many fools here in Naira Land. They just comment without reasoning. How can APC obey such judgment when there is an existing judgement against Beke/Amaechi group that banned them from parading themselves. The Beke group appealed the judgment and instead of waiting for an appeal to be concluded, they went to institute a new case which are the same in the lower state court. What happens to the appeal they lodged? So does that mean any judgement should be obeyed even when the judge knows that the similar case is in the Appeal by the same people. Please use your brain people

Hahahahah. Please use the intelligence you garnered in school to reason well. Please be well informed that there is a subsisting judgement against Beke/Amaechi group which they appealed. So you mean you are not one of the bloodiest illiterates that dvise Beke to abandon the appeal and go back to start a new case in the lower court even when he has lodged an appeal. Does it make sense to you for the APC to go back to court and do the same thing so that the cycle continues? Haba!! The literate brain will advise Beke to pursue his appeal instead of chasing shadow. And as Beke is trying to be clever by half, they refuse to join APC as a party in their case while the judgment that sack them has not been successfully appealed against.

You said that APC should ignore the judgement of court (meaning they don't even have to appeal against it) and i told you the consequences of not appealing against a decision of a law court and you are here now vomiting. Now you agree with me that they cannot ignore the decision without appealing?
