Mainoo is not even as good as a young Foden when it comes to control and cruising skills.
main reason why most people hate on them in competitions. Their pundits are unrealistic...

One day I saw a talk show and a pundit was criticizing a striker. He was so smooth explaining the role of a striker and pointed out everything the said striker did wrong.

When the camera showed the resume of the pundit, alas, he was a striker too back in time. Almost 350 top flight games and he scored less than 50 goals. I just shake head.

Those people, they are something else. Maino can't even lace Foden's shoe.

Victor Osimhen doubt, Mikel Merino Arsenal arrival, Kieran Tierney return, Jakub Kiwior exit

It's been a long wait, but there are just over 24 hours until Arsenal's Premier League campaign gets under way. The Gunners kick things off with a home fixture against Wolves before a tough start that sees them face Aston Villa, Tottenham and Manchester City away from home within their first five matches.

While Mikel Arteta's focus is on the pitch, away from the Emirates Stadium, Edu has been busy. The Brazilian is looking to secure a deal to bring Mikel Merino into the club, while Eddie Nketiah is closing in on an exit.... CONTINUE READING HERE...

The NFF have wasted the whole preparatory window. I wonder why the people in the corridor of power of football are so allergic to early preparation.

So ur common sense knows more than actual reports that said west ham and Wolverhampton were in play right?

Your objectivity couldn't let u see that he was injured then went straight to the AFCON after recovery. So after missing months of the season did u expect the coach to just slot him back in while at the tail end of a promotion chase?

KC stared more gablmes than Vardy initially last season but his performances were abysmal. And he got dropped.

The stats do not lie 23 games and five goals in the championship is prolific in your opinion 🧐

Vardy had 35 games and 18 goals who is 37 and should be really looking at retirement

Bro why tell a flat out lie I watched Leicester all last season and Kelechi's performances were definitely not abysmal. There is a reason they were comfortable at the top of the championship before his injury but struggled to hold on after he went down.

my God!!!! You're irredeemable 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Please don't use the name of God in vain .

I remember many donkey years ago I said that Solanke was a better out and out striker than KC . Many of you gave me dogs abuse.

Well time has passed and that and time has proven that assertion to be TRUE.

with the pedigree of osimhen in comparison with the average and below average players at Chelsea, osimhen would be the starman easily.

It would be better if your mentioned names and did not just use emotive based favouritism.

You can appreciate Solanke without bringing down Iheanacho. They are both fantastic talents,

Siasia will need time after a long period absence in active football management for SE job.

NFF should instead consider him for U23,then the SE.

He can take over SE job if we fail to qualify, and chart his own course on super eagles job.
Not to come in again on rescue mission which we don't stand 60% chance of qualifying .

Going by the last ballon dor rankings... You will do well to remember that Osimhen is the current world number 8, and the best footballer in Africa based on existing official rankings.

Now mention the name of a current Chelsea player that is in the top 30.
Let me help you.. none!
If he joins Chelsea today, he'll be their best player at least on paper ( based on official football rankings as at today)

But of course, the rankings wouldn't matter now Osimhen is concerned, it is only indicative not conclusively conclusive grin

The way you disrespect this guy and other Nigerian bred players ehn, someday you'll have to tell us what their offense really is.

Even though I don’t rate siasia for d job besides he’s also running against me for d job but saying he needs time to adapt is not logical to me…are u saying siasia has lost his tactical touch of the game, or he’s match rusty(even though he’s not a player? )

This will b d fourth year zidane(a three times champions league winner) won’t be coaching any team / club ..will u say d same thing if he decides to take up a coaching job?

It cannot be Pitso Mosimane!

Pitso has categorically stated in multiple interviews that he'll love to manage the Super Eagles but he wouldn't take the job in this WCQ period cos we're in the same group with South Africa.

Tolu Arokodare with a goal for Genk vs Onyedika's Club Brugge.

Genk won 3-2 in matchday 3 of the Belgian Jupiler Pro League 24/25 season.

Raphael Onyedika played 82mins.

Collins Yira Sor came off the bench on 62mins for Genk.

That Tolu Arokodare na one handsome mofo!

How good is he as a striker though? Albeit I see why some liken him to Zlatan. He's an agile tall striker like Zlatan.

Nigeria is actually blessed with good forwards. It's the midfield which is the problem. I think a 3 man midfield of Onyedika, Aribo, Iwobi should be able to link up with the forwards. Samson Tijani should also be integrated into the squad.

How? Aribo is a technical box to box midfielder. He's never disappointed the national team as far as I'm concerned. He was overlooked for the national team at times because he wasn't playing for Southampton at the beginning, especially after his move to Southampton however he ended up being integral part of Southampton team. Also in the previous afcon, he was absolutely phenomenal in the central midfield and dominated a lot of top midfield oppositions.
