Haba what a claim, don't you know that when dealing with Europeans generally even besides China. When once a project has been approved, there is no going back. The claim here is just a perimeter fence, What if materials for the project has already been paid etc, you now come at the 11th hour to call of project. You must cover the contractors cost up till that point.
