The highlighted shows sincerity on the part of the publishers whose books someone wants to read and continue reading on monthly basis but BEGGARS have no service rendered to the public unlike the publishers whose services are appreciated by those SUBSCRIBING for their publications.

But over there a child can report his or her own parents and have the protection from the government.
