Lol. If this report was meant to be a PR stunt or testing of the murky political waters a second time by GEJ’s supporters, they did a rather poor job of it.

The underlying message in this report is that fPGEJ can be controlled (PBAT, who they thought they would “own” isn’t kowtowing to the North) by the northern political elite; a GEJ government benefits the north (a PBAT admin doesn’t benefit the north especially, contrary to their expectations), the same northerners who were there, quiet & uninterested in getting fPMB to sustain the Almajiri schools built by GEJ in the north, don’t want to own up to their own systemic failures but are looking for a “cleaner” in GEJ to help them clean the mess they created!
