It is only a military or revolutionary government that can probe and end the scan in petrol subsidy and the NNPC as a whole. When you a making such mad money as some are making via petrol subsidy and crude oil thefts in NNPC, it is only the stark reality and not just the fear of death that can get you to stop or run. When you see a few people executed for their crimes, that is stark reality. If people can risk carrying hard drugs to countries with death penalties just for millions of naira, what do you think they would do for billions?
