Ana Navarro is the only Republican who will be at this convention that I would be happy with. Excited to hear that she will be hosting Tuesday night. 1 Like 1 Share

nedu666: I don't buy into false equivalencies. Your argument is that leadership doesn't have any effect. So, by your argument the US death rate per capita would be equal amongst "wealthy" countries. (Using "wealthy" countries as those who will have better reporting). But the death rate wasn't. The US's was worse. So, how would you account for that, besides the terrible leadership we saw with our eyes. A president who politicized masks (we still have people arguing that masks (that hospital workers have used for centuries) don't work), politicized the pandemic and intimated that drinking bleach would work. https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2022/02/01/science/covid-deaths-united-states.html 3 Likes

Obrigardo: Good Luck arguing economic policy with people who don't think low interest rates are inflationary. Many states already have price gouging laws. I think there are enough brilliant economists to make a Federal price gouging law esp. for emergency situations (like coming out of a Global Pandemic) that would work. The free markets only work if there is competition. With the slate of consolidation in various sectors that the Gov't didn't shut down, it's easier to collude to raise prices. And so without that competition we saw what happened after Covid. Too much monopolistic behavior. Just look at the record corporate earnings post Covid. I think that was one of Biden's biggest failings. Not coming down harder on it or speaking more on it. And of course that is because both parties are bought and sold by big business. Though, to the Dem's credit, by a much much smaller degree. 4 Likes |

IjeBos: You are ignorant in this. So ignorant. More people died under Biden than Trump. Secondly, it is not clear if mask helped during the pandemic. Again, you are a tool with no agency. 1 Like 1 Share |

Trump's comments of the Congressional Medal of Honor should be disqualifying for any Presidential Candidate. He doesn't understand the type of sacrifice the Congressional Medal of Honor awards. It's the glue that keeps the military together. And because of that, he can't effectively be a Commander in Chief who may ask 18yos to give up their lives for that type of sacrifice. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eFkPpcrk2ig 3 Likes |

bemeruca: Everytime you open your mouth your ignorance leaps out. Whether it's Economics(not really understanding causes of inflation) or now Fluid Dynamics (not understanding why masks work). What other person who has an ioata of knowledge about any of this would make the argument, that it is not clear if mask helped during the pandemic. Not clear to fuxing who? Only idiots like yourself. It such an idiotic statement only a really stupid person would make. And to make it about a health based topic speaks to the trash person you are. You should probably shut up and devote your time to lying about living in the US. 1 Like |

IjeBos: Dude shutup. Africa, less mask, less lockdown, less spread, less cases, less social distancing, less virus. Cochrain The results from those trials indicated that “wearing masks in the community probably makes little or no difference to the outcome of influenza‐like illness”. Did the report really say masks do not slow the spread of COVID-19? This is disputed. Cochrane officially says the report was inconclusive and one of the report’s co-authors says there is no evidence masks work. - Aljazeera About low interest rate, Obama sat on low FFR for almost 8 years if not more. That's 0 to 0.25% from 2008 to 2015. The second time this happened was 2020 Sometimes you need low interest rate, some times you need more. There are times money is needed to circulate, there are times it should be cut. Trump FED reduce interest rate to almost 0 to stimulate the economy because of the lockdown and pandemic. Biden came, left it like it is. Businesses are running normally, then he printed more money into the system for green new crap while not addressing the supply chain issues. You grandpa acted late on everything. |

bemeruca: You don't even understand the English language enough to understand what you read. The Cochrane study you wrote about wasn't a study on the efficacy of Masks it was a study on the efficacy of mask interventions (or telling people to wear masks or distributing masks for people to wear). Here are some quotes from a statement from the editor in chief of the Cochrane Library who did the Study. “Many commentators have claimed that a recently updated Cochrane review shows that ‘masks don’t work,’ which is an inaccurate and misleading interpretation,” Karla Soares-Weiser, the editor in chief of the Cochrane Library, said in a statement. Here is the actual study. But don't bother you're too stupid to understand it. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36715243/#full-view-affiliation-1 And the rest is basically a gibberish understanding of interest rates you just googled. You have no real understanding of it. Shame in life is a good thing. It makes you want to be better. You have no shame and feel no embarrassment so you continue to post nonsense you don't understand, lie and look stupid like you always do. As I said, you don't even have the capacity to understand the english language so you can understand the things you post like the Cochrane study, let alone the capacity to discuss with someone like me, who has studied these things. Stick to the stuff you can Bullshit your way through or people you can bullshit. I'm dying here from second hand embarrassment for you. 1 Like |

IjeBos: You are an idiot. What are you even saying? Did you read what is on the link you posted? The risk of bias for the RCTs and cluster-RCTs was mostly high or unclear. Medical/surgical masks compared to no masks We included 12 trials (10 cluster-RCTs) comparing medical/surgical masks versus no masks to prevent the spread of viral respiratory illness (two trials with healthcare workers and 10 in the community). Wearing masks in the community probably makes little or no difference to the outcome of influenza-like illness (ILI)/COVID-19 like illness compared to not wearing masks (risk ratio (RR) 0.95, 95% confidence interval (CI) 0.84 to 1.09; 9 trials, 276,917 participants; moderate-certainty evidence. This is in the main result of the abstract. Again, explain why less mask and less social distancing in Africa did not result to more deaths compared to US and Europe? Like I said, they are not clear if wearing mask prevent covid or not. Your reply to me says the same. |

bemeruca: They are literally talking about you in this press release when they say "Many commentators have claimed that a recently-updated Cochrane Review shows that 'masks don't work', which is an inaccurate and misleading interpretation. ". Also talking about you when they say, "has been widely misinterpreted ." If you did ever go to college, you should get a refund. You posted a study and don't even understand what it said. And even though I've explained it to you, you still don't understand what it says. LOL. There's few posters dumber than you in this thread.

bemeruca: Of course it's open to misinterpretation by idiots who get their information on Tiktok and don't actually read that information. Again, I understood it, you didn't. That should tell you something. He said the study was 'changed'. Again, you open your mouth and let the stupid fly out. You don't even understand how these studies work to say it was changed. Tell us again how proper masks don't work. I'm sure you have another easily debunked lie. It's easily debunked because proper masks work. Period. How many times have you been called out peddling Bullshit? Everything you believe is built on some lie that is easily debunked. Your life and beliefs are all Bullshit.
