izzou: there is a triple impact we import with dollars and naira is devalued. so inevitably, price of fuel has gone up. we have energy issues and govt is phasing out energy subsidy, so demand for petrol will not remain steady if dollar was stable, if we had working refineries, if we had stable electricity - the situation would be manageable We never bothered to sort out oil theft so now we can't supply our refineries. years of bad decisions are now here to gaang-bang us without vaseline |

So Ogun state doctors have been on indefinite strike since 3rd August 2024 ? 😲 A lot Dey happen in this country at the same time . When our correspondent to the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital, Sagamu, on Wednesday, all the wards were empty except for a few critically ill patients being managed by the consultants.

iamoyindamola: All their explantions are not even Making sense sef. Imagine the NNPC spokesperson saying But in his “clarification” to NAN, Ajiya said subsidy has not been paid to any marketer in the last nine years — understandably because NNPC is the sole importer of petrol via contracts with suppliers. If subsidy has not been paid to anyone in the last 9 years as they claimed, then what was Tinubu referring to one year ago when he said " Subsidy is gone"? If it is the system of "shortfall" clearing which they are now explaining , what has changed since the yeye announcement? Omo! These people no rate us at all. They don't even bother to tell convincing lies anymore 3 Likes |

Despite international sanctions, Statistics had shown that the economy under Abacha thrived, but na statistics we go chop? Could it be because he damned the economic prescription, interference & neo-colonialist overtures of the west something similar to Ghadaffi, though both of them were not perfect,Hmmmmnnn... Nigeria never recovered from SAP program introduced by Babangida which was the prescription and advise from IMF to woo foreign investors.. 3 Likes |
