Tinubu’s Presidential Jet: Reno Omokri Fact-Checks Daily Trust by AnonPoet: 5:56pm On Aug 20
Dear Daily Trust,

Please fact-check me: You deliberately omitted to tell your readers that the U.S. has ordered a new Air Force One from Boeing, at the cost of $3.9 billion, which is over 300 times the cost of Nigeria’s new Presidential Jet.

You also failed to inform your readers that it costs $177,843 an hour and $2,964 every minute for the US Air Force to maintain the current Air Force one that President Biden uses, which, when you calculate the yearly cost is more than the $100 million Nigeria spent on the new Presidential Jet.

Finally, you additionally failed to tell your readers that the Presidential Aircraft that crashed and killed President Ebrahim Raisi of Iran was an old one, and that it was better serviced than Nigeria’s old Presidential Jets.

Daily Trust, what do you want to achieve by this mischievous reportage filled with half-truths? You have a nasty habit of attacking every Southern President. You did the same things to Presidents Obasanjo and Jonathan, deliberately suppressing information and projecting only propaganda that would undermine their administrations.

Yet, you spent eight years being General Buhari’s apologists.

What is your agenda? Do you want President Tinubu to die like President Ebrahim Raisi of Iran? God forbid!

Reno, the N’golo Kante of Tinubu’s government.

Can you please tell us how far with Tinubu’s plan to create 50 million jobs for Nigerians between 2023 to 2026? Where are the jobs created so far?

Please “fact check” me if Tinubu promised this or not.

Lol, Reno even have time.

The president jet broke down some months ago and the same people mocked him and said Nigeria is finished.

How many times have US Airforce one jet broke down in a foreign country? So because my neighbor have been using his car for 20 years, it means my own car must last for 20 years before I change it?

Tinubu purchased a new jet because he dosent want to die of plane crash from faulty jet, anyone not happy with it should wait till 2027 and vote him out. All this shalaye is not needed.

I may not like Reno Omokri, especially how he attacks people repeatedly. You can pass your message once or at most twice, then move on.

But one thing you can't take away from the dude is that he's mostly right with his analysis, and with facts, at least 65-75% of the time.

He's so good at research, and always appear confident (fact-check me is his confidence).

I read the Daily Trust article earlier, and immediately concluded it was a propaganda, meant to deceive people.

I was more disappointed in the comments, not the Daily Trust article itself.

How on earth will a reasonable person, I mean someone with a functioning brain, compare the US presidential air fleet with that of Nigeria presidential fleet? How does that even work? C'mon, don't tell me rubbish.

Do you know the amount the US government spend annually to maintain that plane?

The plane is maintained by both the US Airforce and Boeing itself. The best on the planet of the earth.

Not only that Airforce-one was built by Boeing, but it is also being maintained by them.

I don't know much about the most recent Nigeria president's jet, but I know it was procured during the Obasanjo regime. Was it procured new or used? Even if it was new when the Obasanjo administration bought it, how do you compare the specs we got to that of the United States?

We play too much in this country.

Some truth from the senseless man

The Daily Trust always attacks the South
But how can 3.9 billion dollars be 300 times the amount of Tinubu's plane that costs between 100-150 million dollars

Mathematics is a spirit
