It may not necessarily be Tinubu. If you run a country where institutions are not independent, everyone will be trying to please the president, including abusing their office to achieve that. That could be the case here.

the massage i was trying pass is that of those who are not employed. when labour fight for wage increase to 70k and it was adopted.what about does who are not employed? who will they get benefit of the wage increasment ? and they will all enter thesame market to get iteams for there family.
