He should be arrested and prosecuted for destroying public assets.

Were the boreholes not built with public funds?

Do you think the man was wrong?
Was the election free and fair? Or
The electorates betrayed him?
He's wrong. He built the borehole with tax payers money

So if he gave scholarships to some people, he may ask them to unlearn all they learnt in the school.

So you can stab someone that gave you scholarship?

Abi ohh. If they don't consider him to represent them despite his goodwill, they should get such benefits from his opponents.
Just as that maduka Dr gentleman from the US that wanted to serve his people after years of providing for them, from hospitals to houses, roads, stippends to widows, scholarships etc, yet they rejected him for other misfits. Kukuma leave them to their misery and focus on family.

So why didn’t he break down the hospitals, schools and industries he built for His people?

Let me guess; because he didn’t build any.

He never cared about His people, He only banked on the 20 year old boreholes to buy their votes for another term. Evil Man.

Is it his personal money he used to provide the boreholes?

Was he doing them a favour by giving them water or he was doing his job?
