Not yet a stock for long term hold in my opinion , though prospects from eps informed my call. Like I said in my earlier post, out at N1.60 no matter what. Well over 100% gain is good. Please Look away my brother. It will sure come back to N1.60 once the smoke clears.

It used to be the cake of all investors but now it's rumored to be in big m*ss

Sell or hold

Over priced based on eps. Common sense about N3.30 and still falling . Not the type I like to touch even with my health care background. Time to book whatever profits and let your principle run if you are in love with the stock.

Some people are expecting to see Tinubu name as owner of oando. I like that play.Oando which sold its retail filling stations has turned back to own both the ones sold and nnpc initially owned stations. It now owns 49% in the business..This is how oando was able to buy agip. The banks will soon write off thr debt as bad loan from forex gain. This government is to corrupt I swear. It will take God grace for any refinery to work in this country as long as this government is in office.

I am going to try
8 consecutive picks with a prospect of 100% to be rolled over as below. Could last 3- 7 years or even less. It’s all about the power of compounding.

I will start at step zero of N1,000,000.

Step 0 =N1,000,000
Step 1= N2,000,000
Step 3 = N4,000,000
Step 4 = N8,000,000
Step 5 = N16,000,000
Step 6 = N32,000,000
Step 7 = N64,000,000
Step 8 = N128,000,000

Purely on Common Sense Strategy.

Let’s see how it goes. Will post my progress here.

I have read the fraud being perpetrated via oando who owns 49% in the OVH company. We know who is the masquerade behind oando and who will tell you go to court when the courts are in his pocket. Is this why you are so sure of #200 price for oando by 2025.Dont forget every tenure has expiring date.It is not life seat.

OANDO FULL BID TOMORROW SIGNING CEREMONY FOR ACQUISITION cheesy

@mikeapollo

I failed to convince you this was an industry trend and that it was going to happen. Guaranteed!!!

After this, Oando releases a formal announcement on the NGX and JSE. I expect the markets to respond positively off the back of this event/announcement. The JSE investors don't read Naija newspapers as a basis for their investment decisions. I suppose they rely on official JSE regulatory news services for that. Needless to say the NGX leads the JSE though in terms of sentiments towards the stock so the NGX will be the driver.

Further to the signing ceremony signalling the official conclusion of the acquisition, Oando may opt to hold an investor presentation/webinar/Press conference. It is usually a follow-up on the ceremony. What happens here is that the company provides some more details on the outlook of the company with an opportunity for industry analysts, institutional investors, Press to ask questions. However this is not compulsory so not guaranteed. Or it could well be combined with the ceremony who knows. Most companies are strategic, they will keep them as separate events.

Oando settling above N40 before the next set of SP catalysts augurs well for punters. It's a good base to launch from.

Disclaimer- I have been wrong many times in the past. Please don't take my opinion as gospel.

100% return on a consistent basis for 8 year?

"In a bull market, everybody is a Pro." Hope you have a good margin of safety?.
Ask those who have gone through that route before, They will tell you nothing is sure.
Please diversify your portfolio. Mix your greed with a little portion of fear and you will succeed. Over confidence kills.
I remember Obabo**jo (with due respect to him).

Some persons are already over 100% in this same stock. It is good to look at there paper and history.
It was N0.67 at end of July (26-Jul-2024) but closed at N2.25 yesterday. How many stocks can give such return in a month?

Not a buy recommendation, please do your DD.

You are right. The bigger the capital gets the harder to double. You also forgot market and economic cycles.
