My answer will be "YES" in capital letters. That way the employer will find always to make sure the job they gave me is the "better one" and i wont find another job better else where.

If I see better offer I tell my staff to apply, with that they will be willing to training others who will continue your job.
Everyone pray for progress, but what will make me to be angry is if you leave me and settle for something lower than me.

If me see better offer will I not go for it?

To be diplomatic you can respond like this

I'm excited about this opportunity and committed to contributing to the organization's success, but I'm also open to future opportunities that align with my career aspirations and provide significant growth

Re: How Best Can One Answer This Question? by AllKnowing: 10:13pm On Aug 21
Yes, you will. They know that. Your Interviewer is anything but a deluded fool. So, in replying hypothetically, be brave enough to say you continue to seek better opportunities for growth. And should a greater offer come along, you'll be sure to alert your current employers and give sufficient time to find your replacement.

Oh and throw in a bit of generosity; you'd be thrilled to train your replacement before you resign.

There is always the possibility of moving from one job to another.

The desire to take on a new challenge and contribute my quota to the growth of your company brought me here. However, I do not see myself leaving this company in the next foreseeable future as long as I am being challenged, acquiring the skills, competencies needed and at the same time contributing maximally to the organisation's corporate objectives.

Answer:
