I will simply ask the interviewers to define what better means! I’m sure, they will be the ones to answer the question themselves

If I see better offer I tell my staff to apply, with that they will be willing to training others who will continue your job.
Everyone pray for progress, but what will make me to be angry is if you leave me and settle for something lower than me.

If me see better offer will I not go for it?

To be diplomatic you can respond like this

I'm excited about this opportunity and committed to contributing to the organization's success, but I'm also open to future opportunities that align with my career aspirations and provide significant growth

Are you a script writer??🤔🤔🤔

This is a rhetorical question, that your employer uses to test your sincerity, because they already knew the answer

My goal is to find a role where I can make a meaningful and long-term contribution. I am committed to growing with the company and adding value to the team. While career advancement is important to me, my primary focus is on excelling in the position I’m hired for and seizing opportunities to grow within the organization. I believe this role aligns with my career goals, and I’m eager to invest my efforts here.

My answer will be "YES" in capital letters. That way the employer will find always to make sure the job they gave me is the "better one" and i wont find another job better else where.

You will fail the interview.

Well, the organization is trying to know if after they teach you all about their business, you will run away
and use that knowledge in their rival company.
-
I think it's best to just let them know that you will always like to try other career paths unrelated to their business.

When answering this question in an interview, it's important to balance honesty with a demonstration of your commitment to the potential employer. Here's how you can approach it

**Sample Answer:**

"My primary focus is to find a role where I can grow, contribute meaningfully, and feel valued. I believe this organization offers the right environment for that. If I find that my expectations are met and I’m able to develop my skills while contributing to the company's success, I wouldn’t have a reason to look elsewhere. For me, job satisfaction isn’t just about a better offer; it's about the whole package—career growth, work environment, and alignment with my values."

This response shows that while you're realistic about future possibilities, you're committed to finding a good long-term fit, not just a quick step up the ladder.

You don't answer questions like that with yes or no. You answer the question in a diplomatic way like our politicians.

Here are 5 suggested answers

1. I'm excited about the opportunity to join this team and contribute my skills and experience to the company's success. I'm looking for a long-term fit and believe this role has the potential to be that.

2. My goal is to find a career home, and I think this company could be it. I'm committed to making it work and growing with the team.

3. I'm not looking to job-hop. I want to find a place where I can make a meaningful impact and build a career. This role and company seem like a great fit.

4. I'm focused on delivering exceptional results and growing with the company. If opportunities for advancement arise, I'll consider them, but I'm not actively looking to leave.

5. I believe in building a career, not just finding a job. I think this company and role offer the potential for long-term growth and success, and I'm excited to contribute and grow here.

Well, as the other person said, you will fail the interview.
They don't know your skill yet. They've not yet seen you perform anything.
So they're not bothered if they're lucky or not to have you.
They'll just gladly kick you and your pride out of the interview.

You can only talk this your talk after working in the organisation for some time and clearly improving their business.
