Oando crashed following the Conoco Philips acquisition because of the dollar denominated loans they took, moreso they sold off their downstream to Vittol energy and it was renamed OVH. How is it possible that a company saddled with debts that are dollar denominated and had shares suspended from the stock exchange would now in one year control NNPC retail and also still acquire Agip where did the funding come from?

The same Afrexim whose chairman was investigated over the loan given to TGI owners of Titan trust for the acquisition of Union Bank. What was Oando's condition before the loan was given to them? How can a company knee deep in debt be able to secure a loan. Can't you see the hidden hand that made them secure the facility? It was clear they were going to get Agip because of the person backing them, so to secure the loan from Afrexim was easy.

How did Oando get collateral for such a magnitude loan. Considering their status before Tinubu came in.
