In 1984-โ€˜85 specifically, as secondary school students, we were made to make contributions to support anti-apartheid activities in South Africa. In fact, all our school teaching board had the inscription โ€œApartheid is a crime against humanityโ€
You couldnโ€™t turn anywhere without being mobilised to stand in support for the freedom of our South Africa brothers and sisters

Let's hope whether the xenophobic morons will listen and learn..

What a pity ....the souls of their ancestors and that of ours would be so ashamed of what and how bitter these present generation of south Africans have turned into.....But it's well..

This made me remember the words of my father.
He'd say "Don't be in a rush to help someone who is going thru suffering and agony because most of the times, they deserve it."

Nigeria helped those idiots but they turn our to be unrepentant mofolistic ungrateful bastards.

Nowadays, na only a handful of people remember the good you did yesterday. You will pour your heart out for someone today, and within a week, that same person might turn around and ask, 'What have you done for me in this life?

The Bible had it right: 'But understand this, in the last days there will be times of difficulty. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, and unholy.' (2 Timothy 3:1-2).

Thatโ€™s why when you do good, do it for humanity sake. Expect no return from humans, as that comes with so much disappointment.

I swear, my father tells me that all the time. He often says that nothing happens by chance. On my own, I read some histories too. Vicious tyrants and serial killers the world have ever seen were once about to be taken care off by mother nature but were saved by humans. It's like God wanting to stop a potential danger but we use our hands to encourage it. Hitler would have died as a child but a compassionate person saved him. One man that everyone now calls a juju killer in my friend's town, his grandfather was about to be sold as slave by his own father when he was a child but was saved by a villager. The villager paid his father some money and saved him from being sold, took care of him as his own son. He was too stubborn and evil according to his father which was why he wanted to sell him as slave. Guess what, rumour flying around has it that the son of that man has killed two people from the family of the same man that saved his father from slavery over land dispute. Now before I help someone that is suffering, I think it over and rethink it again and oftentimes, I don't help them. This is why it is never good to save a suicidal person. The earth may be purging itself of evil through their deaths. Ask yourself who has paid you with evil today if not those you have once showed kindness.

There was a guy that had financial issue back in the days. I gave him accomodation for good six months for free. I gave him free food 3 times everyday, bought him clothes, alcohol, flexed him and even arraged hookup girls for him once in a while.
I introduced him to someone who wanted a PA. He got the Job, and had the opportunity to relocate to Canada.
If you knew what this guy did to me when I was trying to process my relocation to Canada ehn? Not like I was expecting him to pay me back or anything but being an antagonist towards my own progress was the least I expected of him.

Way back, I did something for a man in the bank, and we exchanged contacts. He said I should call him, and I promised to, but I never did until one afternoon, I thought, 'Make I call this man sef.'

I called and introduced myself, and he was happy to hear from me. He said he had been wondering why I hadn't called. He asked to meet, and I agreed. I went to his house and was welcomed like I be somebody. It turned out he made a big deal of what I did for him and had even told his wife.

He gave me 100k that day and said I should call him at the end of the month if he hadn't called. Month-end came, and I called. He said I should come with my CV to a hotel here in Abuja because he had a job for me.

I told him where I go school reach, and he was silent for a few seconds. Alas, he was like, 'Uche, I put in my best to see that you get this job.'

I apologized again and told him that if he wouldn't mind, I have someone very qualified for the job. He didnโ€™t like the idea, but after much persuasion, he said okay.

I gave my guy the gist and linked them up. He got the job and moved because it came with accommodation, and that was the last time I saw him. A few months later, I noticed that he doesn't call or text unless I do, so I stopped that too, and that is it.

It's from the man that I get to hear about him. Y'know, sometimes he would say on the phone, 'Your friend is doing great; I ran into him. He is now this or that.'

So yeah, people are all about themselves now.

Nigeria support is not useless

Apartheid would have definitely stopped in south africa regardless of Nigeria support but Nigeria and other Africa countries support reduce the damages, ease the sufferings a little and fasten the process.

Racial civil war was already on the brink of breaking out, it was country like Nigeria and other African countries that funded the resistance and fueled the pressure on the apartheid regime, without all that it would have lasted longer and it wouldn't have end when it ended.

Dude obviously does not known his history. To sell BP na beans? Or does he know the speeches Murtala gave that got him out?

Did you see the person talk about Soviet and 2000? Should someone tell him what Israel and Palestine are doing in 2024?

That post is evidence of what has always been designed, to make sure your history is erased, to make you look like nothing, to glorify foreigners and colonise the mind. forever slaves

Thats why it's said that. People don't love good people. They use them.

The one wey happen to me since when I dey school wey I supposed wise. I no wise.
E get one boy wey we gather dey then. For around 12am na so this guy call me o, say him wan die, him never chao for like three days.
I swear, for that 12am . I enter where I dey keep my food stuff. I carry rice 6 De Rica, Beans 4 De Rica, Garri one paint rubber, Maggi salt groundnut oil, sugar.

Na the days of kerosene stove. I carry kerosene half litre. Naso I enter road. I no see Keke, my brother na so I waka from Umunwankwo for Udooka side to Umuojima for around 12:30AM for midnight.
When I show for the guy side. I be like Jesus but wetin the guy later take repay me?

E get one wahala wey sup for campus that year. When the DSS con come. They come arrest some people sha. Unfortunately, they come arrest this guy. You no go believe say this guy mention my name. I swear and I no even dey campus when e happen.

Or the other one wey we gather dey the same office, wey go always call me say him need money make I borrow an. I go tell am say I no fit borrow am but I go give am the little wey I get. I no know say this guy dey use hin money impress girls wey we gather dey the same office.
E come get one day, we dey cafeteriรก. Naso baba just dey declare for the girls. Omo, I even come follow the guy play say make the love reach my side. If you see the way him take shenk me. My eye peel.

One thing about me be say. If me and you dey. I go dey for you like say them swear for me, but na so so betrayal and regret dey end am for me.
Many many series of experience like that. Shey na the ones wey I dey give cheat for exam hall, the one wey I rescue from suicide.
Too many wey I no fit count.
As I dey like this.
The only relationship wey I fit get with people na money related. If person invite me go party I no dey go, I no dey go church, I no dey go anywhere. Sometimes if person greet me I no dey answer self. I no want any form of relationship with anybody. My eyes don see Shege for people hand.

I swear the saying is true that. No good deeds go unpunished.
You sef see wetin your guy do you.

And the thing be say. Person go dey look all those ones wey cut am off like say them be bad person.
Person no go know wetin him don do them.

And I used to be like that too. I don't like judging someone based on what I hear about them. I like to give people a chance, but at the end of the day, other people are always right. Those things we hear about them are always true.

I'm a lone wolf now too. I have seen Shege promax from people. No drinking buddy, no football viewing buddy, no distant friends or acquaintances. I can't name a single person as a friend and I like it like that.
Since this year began, only business meeting, business talks.

There was this man I met for a business and he was trying to get close. I blocked his number straight up. I don't have that kinna spare time to babysit bullshit.

You see brother. There is power in being alone. You can be alone and not lonely and you can be with a crowd and still be lonely.

Normally, Nigeria is a great country!
I am proud to be a Nigerian.
I pray that soon we'll have leaders who have integrity and are patriotic.
I pray that Nigerian citizens will learn to put the interest of the country above every political, ethnic or religious sentiments.

God bless Nigeria! ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฌ
