Osimhen doesn't want to gamble on a season long loan deal without an obligation to buy because there is every tendency that he won't perform this one season, and if that's the case, Chelsea will withdraw from the deal. It's very understandable because if that happens, he is going back to Napoli which means looking for yet another club or riding bench.

But if he truly believes he can come in here and perform well, what stops Chelsea from offering him a new lucrative deal? Palmer played just one season and got a bumper new deal.

In ur initial post to me u we’re asking what I would advice to do either to take pay cut to join Chelsea or rot on the bench.

Someone up there pointed it out to u that the 500k weekly wage demand is probably a complete sports gist and not genuine as being wrongly circulated online .

I’ve already answered u that Osimhen taking a pay cut to join Chelsea makes no sense for the player . If Conte and Napoli decides to freeze him out cos they signed a 31 year old Lukaku, goodluck to them.
