Baba, it is fake news. Watching something on Sky doesn't validate it as true.

Also important to note that Sky was likely quoting the source of the story. It's like you saying something, then I'm reporting I say "according to humility33, he said". The fact that they reported what you said doesn't make what you said truth. The Sun is the only source of this story, it's transfer window many stories like this will come up.

There's no where Osimhen is requesting for a wage that makes him highest paid in the EPL. His request has always been for him to earn his current Napoli wage which doesn't even make him the highest paid in Chelsea

I understand it can be fake news but notwithstanding I got it from a reliable media source and if it is to be debunked it is still debatable

I weak someone that got banned for football match fixing.

I am not ruling the fact that he could be innocent or not guilty.... but coming from a ban of 5 years and walk straight into the super eagles coaching crew or as the super eagles is baffling

I'd like to know how much halland, Mbappe, Kane commands weekly, I believe Osimhen should not be far off from the aforementioned trio.

Since Nunez is no more a striker but a quintessential winger, so it's only right you pay the money for a quintessential striker. A striker that will BANG it.

Im not worried at all about the protracted transfer. We are not begging, you need the Goals
you gotta pay the quintessential wages.

VO is very far off from the above mentioned players and may NEVER get to the level 🎚️ these three players have got to. They are consistently world class players over several seasons in their leagues.

Kane just destroyed the Bundesliga 32 games 36 goals last season that's CRAZY. Mbappe and Haaland since teenage years have been hitting crazy goal figures.

VO has only scored more than 20 league goals once in his entire football ⚽
career and that was 2022/23 were he got the golden boot with 26 goals in Seria A.

Prior to 2022/23 Seria A season, VO has never scored more than 15 goals in a season in all the leagues he has played. Is that what your call world class pedigree ❓I would say potentially world 🌎 class but not there yet 😞

Nunez is a striker that has had to adapt to playing as an inverted striker winger in Liverpool. He simply struggles he is more technically astute than VO but still struggled.

VO has always been the focus of attention the head 🗣️ of the diamond 💎 as a quintessential number 9 striker everywhere he has played.

If he goes to any of these clubs he will not be the "Star boy" focus of attention where the team is structured around him. And you think 🤔 he will just BANG IT.

VO played in the AFCON and scored one goal 🥅 he played against Liverpool over two legs and he got bullied and out sprinted and out muscled 💪🏿 by Konate and Van Dyke. That should tell you something about the EPL .

I think his best bet is PSG not going to be easy because he is nowhere near as good as Mbappe. But he will do enough I hope to satisfy the huge transfer fee.

Even though I am not rooting for anyone aside myself but if we re left with the options of eguavoen, ladan bosso or siasia …I would go for sia 1,make him just dey come back from 30years ban …he’s better Dan oda options

I think if all goes well, Osimhen to the Saudi League for just one season won't be bad at all (if no European team can bag him this window).

Infact, he will earn the top wages he demands, bang goals... and have a clause inserted for immediate return to Europe the following season. He will be 26 then on his European Big 5 league return and would only turn 27 midway through the 25/26 European season.

This could set him up nicely for a battle over his signature to rage on with him having to pick now.

But then... I only approve of this strategy if no team in the Euro Big 5 can match Napoli's valuation of him AND MORE IMPORTANTLY SINCE LUKAKU IS JOINING NAPOLI AND CONTE HAS NO PLANS FOR OSIMHEN.

Conclusion: I would rather Osimhen plays one season in Saudi Arabia earning BIG BIG BIG BUCKS and return to Europe with an easy release clause than to rot in the stands at Napoli.

What if he doesn't score more goals than Ighalo in the Saudi league ❓

Will we drop him and recall Victor Ighalo ❓

You ehh so you're really rooting for yourself

Well I prefer Eguavoen sha he is just so unlucky but at least his call ups are relatively fair and transparent unlike that of Ladan Bosso

Ladan Bosso never wanted the super eagles job if he wanted it he would've used the under 20 team to climb up the ladder by going out to scout for players in all geopolitical zones and calling players base on merit

Well SiaSia is still better than Bosso but he needs to go take a refresher course and start frm the role of assistant or manage cadet teams for now

Lukaku cannot bench osimhen . Osimhen will be a good support striker or wing forward. His non goal scoring attributes are very impressive. It is his ability to disorganised a defence that is one of his most underrated strength. He us reminiscent of strikers like amokachi. Drogba, Emily husky who wear down defenders for others to score.
Kukaju definitely can't bench him. Lukaku lacks his energy and mobility.
The season is too long. Let it be 2 nil down in a match snd there will be calls for osimhen

Put Lukaku in the same structure as VO as a quintessential number 9 with him being the focus of attention.

And there will be problems who to choose.

Is VO faster than Lukaku probably on par , who is stronger definitely Lukaku, who is more technically astute Lukaku shades it. Who has better Finishing all round to me Lukaku, aerial ability I think VO.

ALL round team play for me Lukaku with a better passing range.

Who is more aggressive and farbbetter work rate for me VO.

Who wins only time will tell 😊

Keep in mind that the only time Victor Osimhen got to work under a highly rated and tactically disciplined coach, he excelled. This shows you that with a sound team and teammates, he can even do far better than he did.

That is the catch. Osimhen can comfortably be a consistent 25 league goals a season striker.

According to Transfermarkt, only Borussia Dortmund winger, Karim Adeyemi (36.65 km/h) and Chelsea's Ukrainian winger, Mykhailo Mudryk (36.63 km/h) are faster than Victor Osimhen in the top five.

Osimhen, who is the Serie A top scorer this season, also clocked 35.88km/h against Inter Milan and 35.45km/h against Salernitana, putting him second and fourth respectively on the list of speed demons in the Italian topflight this season.

BREAKING: Victor Osimhen’s agent Calenda with formal statement after Saudi bid!

“Victor is not a package to be shipped far away to make room for new prophets. We need respect and balance”.

“Victor Osimhen still has so much to do IN EUROPE ”.

“Osimhen is a Napoli player, with his contract recently renewed with mutual satisfaction on club/player side”.

“He made history… and when there were major offers (also this year) we always accepted club’s decisions”.

“Victor was elected African footballer of the year, 8th at the Ballon d’Or. There is need for respect and balance”.

Which club is gonna sign Osimhen?

Fabrizo Romano

Like I said yesterday Osimhen will not go to Saudi

Where did Osimhen get that agent from? Why does he surrounds himself with greedy peeps who lack imagination/ideas?

Why?
Marjoribanks:
No matter what happens, Osimhen need to change his agent after this bouhahhaa!

You can't have a volatile behavior and have an agent with same attitude!

Also why do Black Athletes like putting on unnecessary jewelries? Is it a self-esteem issue?

The Whites no matter how wealthy they are you hardly see them post themselves with jewelries or private jet! There might be cases here and there though!

Osimhen in Saudi league?Osimhen at his age and level is not made for Saudi league, even Lukaku rejected Saudi last season, everything is not about money.Osimhen in the next five years will still make good retirement money in the same Saudi league.
Not advisable for him to go to Saudi at this stage of his career because It could backfire ,
the only advantage for him is he would become richer, whic he can also achieve in Europe.

His super eagles career may be affected if things didn't work as planned.

People are talking about whether it's OK for him to go to Saudi or not and u are talking about bringing back Ighalo, is Ighalo the next striker in line to replace Osimhen .

You just want Osimhen out of top 3 league so that u will have enough things to say about his talent.

Nigeria media outlet and bloggers are just taking advantage of this Osimhen transfer issue to trend or write anything they feel.

This noise about Osimhen transfer is only very loud among us here and Nigeria media, outside is just normal like others.

For me,apart from Arsenal,he should stay in Italy instead of all these rush rush deals,a better offer may come next transfer.
