Only a fellow dubious person would believe what Landmark said in that report.

The same management that gave the lamba that 200 million dollars building was demolished when such never happened?

The same management that fraudulently built on government land?

Landmark came before Eko Atlantic, but the latter takes precedence because of the business interests of Tinubu and his business pal Chagoury! Don’t forget Tinubu is the godfather who has Lagos politics, governance and its finances in his pocket…..and him now being ‘president’ means Landmark didn’t stand a chance in hell!

I think the valuation was for the entire business, not just the building!

Lagos na mumu state. They should invest in other states in Nigeria instead, and not leaving the country entirely.
But lagos still remains the most peaceful state in Nigeria atm . So where is safer than lagos ?

These losers have come with their propaganda again, no landmark building was demolished, I was there to confirm this information.
The only buildings demolished belong to the Yorubas who didn't even make any noise about this.
You guys have been saying this from time immemorial investors are leaving Lagos, but Lagos keeps moving forward while you haters keep wailing, grunting and peddling falsehood.

The 'beach' is the land immediately adjourning adjoining the ocean. That belongs to the Federal government.

Landmark building is what Landmark owns, and that was not destroyed in any way.

If you build a swimming pool on the beach that belongs to federal government (like Landmark did) and the federal government needs its land to build a public infrastructure, what do you expect the federal government to do.

The claim in this article that federal government destroyed Landmark's business is clearly untrue. The Landmark building and business is still there.

If the government destroyed Landmark's lawful business, the man would have gone to court. But he hasn't because he can't because he will lose.

It is sponsored propaganda. Let the foreign investors go to hell.

so what is the resort with out the beach You guys will just come and talk any how. It's not illegal to have a beach resort all over the world. In better countries they would look for any other possibility to build that road even if it is building a tunnel under that resort because it is a major investment employing thousands of people. But Nigeria, demolish!!! Dangote frustrated and you think investors are not seeing these policy inconsistency

Landmark was not registered as a beach resort.

It was registered as an event centre. When it opened in 2007.

The whole land theft started around 2016

Demolition of Landmark beach was just a Repossession by Lagos state and Tinubu... That site is strategic for Eko Atlantic project
The demolition going on in IPOB terrorists and sit at home region is also a strategy by obingo to repossession the land. You will be alright. Keep wailing and peddling falsehood.
