According to Transfermarkt, only Borussia Dortmund winger, Karim Adeyemi (36.65 km/h) and Chelsea's Ukrainian winger, Mykhailo Mudryk (36.63 km/h) are faster than Victor Osimhen in the top five.

Osimhen, who is the Serie A top scorer this season, also clocked 35.88km/h against Inter Milan and 35.45km/h against Salernitana, putting him second and fourth respectively on the list of speed demons in the Italian topflight this season.

https://www.alimoshotoday.com/sports/osimhen-among-top-5-fastest-players-in-europe-6565811

I admire your emotive based preference and favouritism but it's not factual.

From established substantiated statistics VO is not even in the top 10 of the EPL .

How therefore can he VO according to you be 3rd fastest player in Europe's top 5 leagues❓

Please explain 😲

Looking at his top speed it's possible VO may not even be in the top 15 in the EPL.🤔

Your blood is always hot when Osimhen matters are on the menu... relax....
What thegoodjoe failed to point out is that the report was made in September 2023... so yes,as at that time, he was the 3rd fastest in Europe

Modified: Even at that,Osimhen is easily one of the fastest strikers in the world.. his pace is one of the main attributes about him

These three players are designated penalty takers in their various clubs,Osimhen is not.

Have u ever stopped and consider if he were to be the penalty taker for the last three seasons he would have scored close to 30 goals for each season?

Osimehn missed like 3 penalties last season. I don’t think penalties is his best strength. He should just take a paycut and accept the deal. Subsequently, if he performs, contract and salary will be increased

Mikel has every right to analyze games. But, as an ex footballer, you need some sort of decorum when analyzing games. Few years ago, he was informing the public about how “Lazy” Eden hazard was at training. He also publicly condemned Ronaldo and labeled him as Arrogant. Additionally, The man also disparaged his family members for asking to be helped. He is trying to be famous in the pundit world and is using extreme bluntness escalating to the extent of revealing privy information. If he continues, I expect multiple rebuttals and insults dished to him. As for modern day players, they’re too soft, emotional and disrespectful for my liking

It doesn't matter, if he had taken all the penalties, he would have scored at least 70% of them and increased his tally.
Anyone can miss penalty.

The issue here is that many of you emotional attachment to a players make you sound like you’re mentally retarded. A player miss 3/4 penalties and in your deluded mind, that’s a 70% conversion Rate? On this platform, KOMEHN is the number 1 analyst because bobo analyze players/games without any emotional attachment and that’s how football should be analyzed

Osimhen did it yes. At Lille. And he is that fast. Haaland is fast too but I think Osimhen edges.

That is interesting. Honestly, I didn't know Osimhen is that fast. If he is close to such speed, then PSG will gain a lot if he signs for them.

I think Eden Hazard's case was social media chopping Mikel's comment. He was actually praising Hazard.

He was saying that they would work their socks off training, while Hazard does nothing. However, when Hazard hits the field, he would out perform all of them.

So after these, I don't think you were right saying Lukaku is on par with Osimhen when it comes to speed.

Finito.

Both me and u cannot be deranged at the same time,so i leave it to u.

Osimhen has taken 20 penalties in his career, scored 14,misses 6.
That's 70% penalties scored.

You and Komekn are both opponents of the same compendium,
Nobody here cares about what both of u have to say about Osimhen,he is one of the best strikers in the world football today irrespective of what both of u think.

Same thing Adebayor said about Yaya Toure when they both played at Man City.

Yaya was a beast on match day but unserious in training.

I watched the interview on Supersport, it was fun and nostalgic.

Answer this honestly. Knowing Jackson isn't the right player to be criticised in the Chelsea striking role.... now...

...Was Jackson did, was it right?

He should have respected Obi a bit more, but he was disrespected to start with.

Not a bad appointment in my opinion
Not a great one either
But atleast he has top management experience, having coached in the bundesliga as recently as 2023
His win record is understandably poor, given he has mostly coached teams in the middle and bottom half of the table..
But this is a better appointment to me, than Rohr and JPes

Qualifying for the world cup is still a tall order, but we can pull it off if we get our acts right..
Such as:
Good player selection
Good organization from NFF
Etc

Welcome Labbadia
We wish you the best
Hopefully you can use the SE to boost your CV, just as JPes did

I agree
Not a bad choice at all
I almost feel like applauding the NFF
If we aren't going to get the Pitsos and Herve Renard's, then atleast get us a standard coach

Labbadia may not be top quality, but atleast he's had top level experience in RECENT YEARS not in 1948..
Good one by the NFF

Good analysis chief. I also agree with you. I just read some part of his CV on Wikipedia and discovered that he is of Italian ancestry. He spoke Italian with his parents and German with his siblings. He lived and played for Germany (2 caps) and several German clubs. He once helped Hertha Berlin and Stuttgart avoid the relegation drop and was bold to put some underperforming big players on bench. He is also fully committed to his job and loves attacking football.

For God sake, this is what we want from any coach now. Qualify us for World cup 2026 (if possible) and AFCON 2025 and bring discipline into the team. I love German coaches for their commitment, organization and discipline. Hope the NFF will allow him do his job without any interference? He has never worked in Africa before but there is always a first time to everything. Give him good assistants and let him do his job. Pay him on time to avoid issues.

Welcome Bruno! We wish you all the best.
