Last last una go give me my medal for this thread. Pearl has now gone from talking sense into people to respecting people's opinions. What a day to be alive grin

When I argue with people I assume they are of right mind and senses, I either convince them or they convince me otherwise. But when it's obvious the person is a foo!, I just say yes, u are right and move on.

Why not take into consideration that Enugu is a PDP state and they should have voted for Atiku Abubakar?

APC controls two states in the SE, yet Tinubu came third. So why didn't they troop out to vote Tinubu?

Your argument was about the optics of voting between Tinubu and Obi. Why are you bringing in Atiku?

Tribalism obviously had a role in their individual performances, but using results to show it is dishonest and cunny.

There are other factors that obviously contributed to that difference

For one, SE has the highest concentration of Christians. Only LP had a Christian candidate, compared to the rest, even though a Muslim had just finished ruling. Isn't this a factor?

Bro I don’t understand this your post, I honestly don’t like sharing political view like I said. Stopping low as in how? Was I the one ranting on age and who is living in abject poverty. Time to show working, pope stoop low. Ask him to come honest with us age as well.

But you just said people should be entitled to their own opinions na

Playing on people intelligence, being ambiguous and speaking from both sides of the mouth is not opinion. Be firm and bold in what you stand for, if you must run from someone? Then it should be chameleons.

The candidacy of two Muslims will never appeal to a region of Christians

It was very glaring that APC had nothing to offer.

That is why their defence lately is "What would Obi have done"? , or as dapotemi said "He has always struggled for everything in life" (whatever that means) grin

APC had 15 million votes in 2019
APC had 8 million votes in 2023

Let us see how many would have learnt by experience in 2027

Toor.

He can win till 2031. At least, Tinubu and Obi are not queuing up at Northwest, or buying fuel at 950 in Lagos.

It is the person who votes Tinubu that will come back and complain.

I doubt if you are benefitting anything tangible from the government.. I can bet since the inception of this government your purchasing power have reduced drastically, elections are over but the consequences are here for us all to see, you can play blind or deaf or loyalty to your principal, but the reality of things is very obvious.. you said those that voted obi is complaining? Is obi the president ? Is obi the one making policies.. a Government asking Nigerians to endure but spending money lavishly , awarding 1km of a road to an ally at ridiculous rate.

Do you have kids? Have you thought out the situation of the country can shape their future? Do u have family members that are not earning well but yet having to compete to survive under the price effect of policies formulated by these government.

Have you travelled outside the shores of these countries to understand the role of government in daily survival of the average citizen.

Fuel subsidy was claimed to be removed and your Nnpc is asking the FG to write off some of their earning so the money can be used to subsidise some expense. Fuel is expensive and yet still scarce.

Be honest with your reality? Is this what you really voted for? Is this what a government that’s is assuring us to suffer now and it will get better policies looks like.

They failed with their dollarisation policies already, you can’t apply regulation without boosting your own forte. What has the government done to promote industrialisation of locally produced goods and services.

You can say anything just to defend your believes and probably political decision, but when you are left alone.. tell yourself the truth.

I'm done explaining anything to anybody... I chose to vote for Tinubu and I'm enjoying his government. You can't force opinions on me. Ask for my opinion. Ask me what I think the president is doing wrongly. If you continue this way, I will also continue that way.

Best of luck

Hmmm... Don't give yourself hope. If Rivers result could stand in the last election then there is no hope. Why should the people always die for something that should be basic. Don't plan to die for Nigeria o, it's not worth it.

We don’t need to ask you what he is doing wrongly because it’s very obvious to the average person..

Since you are enjoying the government knowing very well and me and you na poor man.. maybe you can tell us just one or two things .. his government has done that has transformed your life to the level of enjoyment.. ?
