A picture of Tinubu’s son, Seyi Tinubu, has emerged where he was among those seated at the swearing in ceremony of the new CJN, Justice Kekere-Ekun.

Now, the question is, what was he doing there?

What position does he hold in government to seat in such official function?

Where did Tinubu and his family learn this from? Or do we have an example of any past president that ever did this?

Recall when Tinubu was on an official trip abroad and his children were lined up before serving ministers in protocol standing which infuriated the media czar, Reuben Abati as his tongue lashing of the act made it a national controversy.

And now, this?

He was there as a well wishes.
You can see that protocol didn't tag his seat.
And was rightly seated beside Chief of Staff ( his Uncle-Gbaja) and Technical Desk.
His unofficial capacity is FIRST SON ,just like FIRST LADY.
If you yet to be satisfied, don't go and be making noise on Arise, just go to court.

I've seen Abacha's children who were all over the place putting hands in everything when their father was the president and I also saw how they were later humbled after their father left office.

We know the beginning and how it will also end, let him enjoy the offer while the promo last.

No be Nigeria we dey?

This is a photo of Chelsea Clinton and the then Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Mohammed Uwais. Please fact-check me: Chelsea officially represented her mother, Hillary Clinton, the then First Lady of the United States, during this state visit by her father, President Bill Clinton, to Nigeria in 2000.

Ivanka Trump was a Senior Advisor to her father, President Donald Trump, from 2017 to 2021.

Mark Thatcher was on his mother's trade delegation to Saudi Arabia in 1985, when she went to promote British business. And his company made £12 million profit. Please fact-check me. George W Bush travelled with his twin daughters, Jenna and Barbara, on official trips.

So, it is silly to attack President Tinubu because his son, Seyi, was at the Presidential Villa during the swearing-in of the acting Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun.

He has not represented his father or the First Lady. He has not been appointed to an office by his father. And he has not been awarded any contract by the Federal Government.

How can his mere presence at a swearing-in be a crime or a wrong? Yes, at meetings when the cabinet is conducting the affairs of Nigeria, he has no business of being there. However, the swearing-in of justices of the Supreme Court and federal cabinet members is a public event. Family members and friends of those to be sworn in are allowed to witness the event. It is not a big deal.

Do not transfer your aggression on the President and his son simply because you did not or do not enjoy a good relationship with your own father. What they did in this Kekere-Ekun affair is completely above board.

Let's stop majoring in the minor!

One of Abacha's children even went to the extent of dying for Nigeria while relaxing aboard a presidential jet.

Now that is patriotism. The only heroic act more patriotic than dying in a presidential jet would be to croak on the down-stroke while humping an assortment of Indian carnal knowledge consultants, also known in less polite circles as street lizards.

God breast Nigeria.

Reno Omokri is now you people’s darling, Abi?

I sha hope he remains so when he turns on Tinubu like he eventually would.

And to the topic, so you are using what happened in year 2000 to justify what is happening in 2024?

You can’t see the difference in time? That what was tolerated then can’t be tolerated now.

And how does Chelsea Clinton taking pictures with Justice Uwais equate the attendance of Seyi to CJN swearing in? How?

If I may ask you too, what is the new justice's son doing at the event?

Where is he in the picture?

And even if he’s there, it’s her mother’s swearing in, and it’s traditional that her family will be around to celebrate with her.

If you know what and who killed abacha

Then you won’t be asking why the son of a president won’t be by his father side at all times

The man is old and sick and he’ll need his medication at some point and only a trusted person as a son can handle that

Check how adeleke elder brother died

Simply wrong administration of medication

Wrong

There’s what is called “olulo udaume” in Igbo Language. It’s what happens when two vowels appear together in a word and one of the vowels has to give way.

So, it’s Nwamikpe and NEVER Nwaamikpe.

Swearing in is an official and a ceremonious occasion. When the president is being sworn in, all his family members, friends, party members, members of the international community etc are invited. When the National Assembly is being inaugurated, friends and family members are present. Same thing applies to when Minister and permanent secretaries are being sworn in.

So, what’s the crime in Seyi, a friend of the Kekere-Ekun family attending the swearing in ceremony of the CJN? When did it become a crime for family and friends to attend such event? Is that why Igbos are planning to poison Yorubas in Canada?
